Dismantling of motor from the respective base frame by opening of foundation bolts. The job includes dragging of 50-HP, 3-Phase Induction motor to loading site and shifting it to the workshop and unloading it there. The job also includes the shifting of motor back to site in a private vehicle after successful completion of whole job and testing on full load.
Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of motor, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete disassembly as per requirement of job.
Complete rewinding of stator coils of 3-phase LV horizontal/ vertical induction motor with suitable copper wire after complete removal of burnt out winding, cleaning of slots, etc., insulation class F, varnishing, tapping, etc. (Note: The unserviceable scrap copper windings extracted shall be property of the firm and is taken into account for estimation of rates).
Providing and fitting of copper connection leads out of single core PVC insulated copper wire of suitable amperage (06 leads) including their brazing.
Reassembling of the stator rotor assembly carefully without causing any damage to the windings. The job included refitting of motor at site to ensure proper alignment with pump.
