Supply, Design, Documentation, Engineering, Manufacture, Inspection and testing, Packing at suppliers works, commissioning support and after sales support for 11 kV Indoor VCB 20 Panel set with combinations of Incomer Feeder Panels (2 Nos), Outgoing Feeder Panels (17 Nos), Bus Coupler Panel with Bus Riser Panel, Bay control and protection unit (BCPU) for integration with upstream Substation Automation System (SAS)with protection philosophy specified in the technical specification, along with supply of accessories necessary for operation and spares, to be installed at 110KV GIS Substation Vennakkara. Bus Bar Ratings are 2000A. Circuit Breakers shall be E2 M2 C1 Class as per IEC 62271-200. Feeder panels and Incomer panels shall have Capacitive voltage Indicator (CVI) and Only Incomer panel BCPU’s will have PT inputs. Feeder and Incomer panels shall house one each Multifunction meter (MFM) and DLMS Compatible Energy meters. Items shall be engineered with necessary wiring and arrangements and so that each panel shall be assembled to meet the requirement as per schedule. The panel is intended for integrating with existing Substation Automation System (SAS) using BCPU in panels through HSR topology (IEC 61850 Rev 2 compliant). Including essential spares as per clause 39 of technical spesifications
