2 Repair/Servicing and Maintenance of 66TR Packaged Air Conditioning Units in WARD No.19 at Govt. SMGS Hospital Jammu. Servicing of blowers by way of alignment checking, strengthening to blower brackets and testing at site – 2 jobs. Complete servicing of IDU coil and ODU unit chemical or water, as per site requirement, through pump to remove unwanted dust from it and also washing and cleaning of air filters, drainage, line cleaning etc. for at least two times at periodic interval- 4 jobs. Recharging compressors with 20 kg refrigerant-R410 gas – 1 job. Replacing of worn-out fan belts as per requirement- 6 nos. Repair of outdoor fan motors by way replacement/rewinding of old damaged/worn-out motors as per requirement – 2 nos. Replacing of worn-out/damaged PCBs as per sample- 1 nos. Restoration by way of replacement of worn-out/damaged electrical wires/cables of assorted sizes in order to replace worn-out/damaged wire/cables of electrical panel of IDU.Replacement of worn-out/damaged contactors – 3 nos. and TPN (63 A) – 3 nos. or as per site requirements.Providing and fitting of protection/ monitoring relays as per site requirement – 1 job. Replacement of 150 kVA AVR protection relay by way of SITC of new relayas per sample. The job further includes replacement of control wiring and replacement of old worn-out/ damaged 4P 200 A 50 kA BCC at site with new one along by way of SITC of new one as per sample using special tools and tackles along with manual labour as per site requirement.Complete job as per directions of Engineer-in-charge and includes cost of material, all kinds of taxes, labour charges, tools & tackles, other unforeseen materials required for execution of job and also involves cost of technicians, as and when required to attend the complaints of machines and its rectification. Moreover, all the electro-mechanical materials used should conform to relevant IS/BIS/CE standards and codes. 1 job Excess(+) Full Conversion INR
