Dismantling of wall ceiling board (fiber, pulp,insulation etc. or insulation board/sllabs of anythickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminum snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm using main and cross tee of size 15mm x 15mm x1.5mm (weight not less than 0.12kg/RM) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25mmx 2mm (weight less than 0.36 kg/RM and performed particle board for insulation and accoustic purpose 60cm x 60cm in size fixed within screws to the aliminum frame work in ceiling with hanger 6mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 400 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scribbing down water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 and finished smooth even without using extra cement complte all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work for concrete surface and finished smooth even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and appling two coat for oil bound distemper on walls over priming coat over a coat of wall care putty on platered surface complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L finish wall acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade by appling two coat @1.67 ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat on plastered surface complete as as specified and directed.

Demolition brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillers etc., and removing the debris from the Dockyard permises all as specifed and directed.

M&L brick with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complte removal of existing traeatment on existing wall surface and appling two coat oil bound distemper on walls over one coat of primer including one coat of wall care putty comlete all as specifed and directed.

[SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II [E/M WORKS]

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power)complete including fixture and fittings such as switched,ceiling roses,pendants,regulators,sockets,light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls ,floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for surface point wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn in existing/new including FRLS PVC Conduit medium grade or PVC casing capping of required size with all fittings and accessories alongwith PVC insulated 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLSH Copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm as earth lead and connected to earth dolly for one light point or one fan point or one call bell point controlled by one, one way switch including galvanised sunk metal terminal box fixed flush to wall with 3mm thick hylam sheet screwed with 04 nos cadmium coated screws & cup washer for mounting of switch, regulators or bell push, ceiling rose/ holders etc incl dismantling taking down old unserviceable point wiring and making good to disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed.

S&F down rod of ceiling fans 15cm to 36cm long including nuts,bolts,washers after dismantling takig down old unserviceable one as specified and as directed

Rewinding of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep after opening complete motor assembly,bearings,bushings,removal of burnt copper wire,inserting proper paper in slots,winding with and as per existing size/turn of enamelled copper wire,heating,varnishing and replacement of unsv bearings/bushings all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of water cooled ductable package 5.5.x3 TR (Two running and one standy by for SDD PUMP HOUSE) air conditioner fitted with scroll compressor, water cooled condenser thermostatic expansion valve, direct expansion evaporator coil, all controls and microprocessor pendant control including 410 refrigerant, Gas charge complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Blue Star/Voltas/ Carrier

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of water cooled ductable package 11 x 4TR (three running and one stand by for Bldg No. 25 Old)air conditioner fitted with scroll compressor, water cooled condenser thermostatic expansion vale, direct expansion evaporator coil, all controls and microprocessor pendant control including 410 c refrigerantg, Gas charge complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Blue star / Voltas / Carrier.

Supply, install, testing comissioning of canvas connection for indoor unit complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item Nos.2.13, 2.14 & 2.15 :- The quoted rate is included of all the materials tools and extra accessories required to make the unit functional.

Supply, install, testing comissioning of 32 mm dia PVC drain piping complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing comissioning of GI Volume control dampers piping complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay and connecting up through cable tray / wall / UG cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, wire armoured, heavy duty elctric cables with aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core including compression type glands and aluminum lugs for each core complete alll as specified and as directed. Note :- The quoted rate is inclusive of HDPE pipe, cable tray supports and clamps etc.,

Dismantling 5.5 x TR of SDD Pump House and 11 x 4 TR for Bldg No.25 Old BER central AC plant after disconnecting the all electrical connections, water connection / chiller pipe, AHUs, cooling towers, water tanks including all connected accessories for credit to contractor.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of condenser water end suction back pull out pumps sith mechanical seal, CI body, mounted on common base with electric motor properly alighed for recirculating chilled water for package type air conditioning suitable for 11 TR (one running and one standby for SDD Pump House) total head 10 Mtr not less than, complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, assembling, installation, testing and commissioning of induced draftcrossflow design cooling tower with tower and basin, PVC fills, fan motor with impeller, fan motor and gear/direct drive suitable for 11 TR package type chiller AC plant for SDD Pumb House complete with all necessary accessories complete all as specfied and as directed. Note :- The contractor should submit design calculation sheet for deriving capacity of cooling tower required for approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, assembling, installation, testing and commissioning of induced draft cross flow design cooling tower with tower and basin, PVC fills, fan motor with impeller, fan motor and gear/direct drive suitable for 33 TR package type chiller AC plant for 25 old complete with all necessary accessories complete all as specfied and as directed.
