Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam exc 50 mm & n exc 100 mm deep surface in area n exc. 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for 75 mm thick WBM (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size) granite ,trap or basalt,spread,rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly priming tack coat with paving bituminous primer (VG-10 Grade) at rate of 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using 4% paving bitumen of any penetration laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust or dirt and applying evenly one priming/ tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/ 100 (VG-10) grade at the rate of 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix using paving bitumen 60/70 (VG-30 Grade), laid by mechnical paver a rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8 - 10 ton vibro roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-CHarge..

Material and labour for preparing the road side berms, removing vegetation, loose spoils, spreading average 75mm thick Moorum/ red bajri, filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for road line marking, painting (Reflective) exceeding 0.09 meter and not exceeding 0.5 meter wide with thermoplastic componant with reflective glass beads on bituminous road and laying with hot applied thermoplastic componant 2.5mm thick including reflective glass beads @ 250 gm per sqm area, applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finish surface are to be levelled uniformly adn free from sheaks and holes as per relevant clauses of section 800. In addition where arrows or letter are to be provided thermoplastic compound may be hard sprayed. Contractor had to use approved make of paints, white and yellow color complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cat eye , solar cat eye and tubular dealineator any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model Number DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix solar cat eye alluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.(Make: 3M, Cat eye, Dark eye)

Supply and fixing in repair traffic convex mirror round shape of 1200 mm dia with ABS back of approved quality including pole bracket arrangment fixed as per manufacturer direction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair retro reflective signage board sheets, one sided made up of 3mm thick ACP sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting confirming to type IV of ASTM -D-4956-01 in blue or silver white colour or other colour combination including subject matter, message's, symbols, borders and Drg with high intensity grade as approved by Engr-in-charge, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing and fixing the sheet with steel frame work with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel pipe 50mm dia graded 202 medium as in framed work such as sign board/ railing all necessary welding, drilling or riveting, brackets, stopers and including embedding the same in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 below ground level, size of PCC (450 X 450 X 600mm) including excavation in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down speed bumps any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing speed bumps made of heavy duty tough of size 500mX 365mm X 50mm, black and yellow in colour, Brand-Dark eye model No Da1008 or equivalent in 3M / STP LTD complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of interlocking paver block laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for refixing of interlocking paver blocks with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix machine pressed rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 to 60 mm thickness M-40 grade all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors for levelling course on existing cleaned surface etc for laying paver blocks, chequered tiles etc finished rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete as specified and directed.
