Attending and rectifying all type of electrical complaints of plant at height up to 3 Mtrs, Job includes problem rectification, installation of each light/ Fan/ kitchen heater including cable laying/ wiring work etc if any. Note: Any job at ground elevation or using portable ladder.

Attending and rectifying all type of electrical complaints of plant at height above 3 Mtrs, Job includes problem rectification, installation of each light point/ street light on pole including cable laying/ wiring work etc if any. The work also incudes maintance of pole like painting, Inastalltion of pole box and termination of all incoming and outgoing cables. Note: Any job requires ladder with extension/telescopic ladder with small wheel

Quarterly maintenance of Telephone juntion boxes includes cleaning, checking, review/ relist of numbers allotted at each crone position, cable tag verification etc.

Bimonthly checking and maintenance of Telephone sets includes cleaning of set, minor repairing if any or attending telephone compaints including laying of temporary telephone cable if required.

Drawl of the materials from the central stores against RCIV or hand over of scrap/ surplus to the store against Credit Voucher including arrangement of items at sectional store, Updating inventory status and segregation of the scrap materials.

Rewinding of following induction motors as and when required

3-phase 2.2kW 1440 RPM or 2900 RPM

3-phase. from 3.7 kW to 5.5kW 1440 RPM or 2900 RPM

3-phase. from 7.5 kW to 11kW 1440 RPM or 2900 RPM

1-Phase, exhaust fan motor of rating upto 100W as and when required

1-Phase, exhaust fan motor of rating above 100W upto 200W as and when required

Supply of complete 45W led street light fitting made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass cover at front, IP: 66

Supply of complete 70/80W led flood light made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass cover at front, IP: 66, mounting bracket.

Supply of complete 200W led flood light made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass cover at front, IP: 66, mounting bracket.

CABLE LAYING : Laying of PVC / XLPE armoured / un armoured 3 or 4 core at depth of 900 mm with brick supporting at side & top. Work involves cutting of trench, Backfilling, ramming etc.

4sqmm to 70 sq mm PVC.

from 120 sq mm to 150 sq mm

Jointing of following size cable by supplying required size straight through jointing kit as and when required.

Supply of 4 C X 50 sq.mm straight through jointing kit as and when required.

Supply of 3.5 C X 150 sq.mm straight through jointing kit as and when required.

Jointing of electrical Cable upto size 3.5 C X 150 sq.mm using straight through jointing kit. (Jointing kit will be supplied by dept.)

Checking, testing, installing, repairing, replacing and maintenance of Air Cooler

Supply of Air cooler fan blade for Bajaj DC 2004 model air cooler

Supply of jointing kit and jointing of telephone cable of following size as when required.

Supply of 20 pair PIJF cable straight through Jointing Kit including jelly crimp connectors make :3M / Raychem

Supply and installation of Numerical relay having 3phase overcurrent, 1 earth fault protection feature in existing cutout/ by making a cutout for mounting of relay in a feeder of 11KV panel including necessary control wiring. Aux. voltage: 110-250V AC/DC.

Supply of 6.35KV (UE)/11KV (E),3 X 150 sq mm heat shrink indoor end termination kit suitable for termination of 3 X 150 sq mm XLPE cable as and when required. Make:3M/Raychem.

End termination of 11KV XLPE cable of size from 3 X 150 sq mm using end termination kit by experienced cable jointer

Laying of 11KV XLPE cable of size from 3 X 150 sq mm on angle/ channel support inside the cable trench with cable as free supply from department store. Shifting cable from plant store to work site is under contractor's scope)
