MODIFICATION FOR PROVISIONING OF HOSE HANGING OFF PENDANTS SECURING ADAPATOR AND DECK EYES FOR ASTERN FUELLING ONBOARD ICGS VISHWAST AND VIJIT

(a) Degutting and regutting of deck at proposed location. (b) Removal of lagging underneath proposed location and renewal of lagging post hot work. (c) Welding of doubler plates (150 x 40 x 12 mm) at Frame No. 8 on Stbd side of ship (at 375cm & 455 cm from centre line). ¬¬¬¬ (d) Welding of 02 nos MS plates of half circular shape (Deck eyes) on the doubler plates; size-120mm x 20 mm and 100 mm radius with hole of 20 mm (thickness of plate – 06 mm). (e) DPT and load test (test load 6 T) of fittings and Load test certificate to be rendered. (f) Provisioning of Hose Hanging off Pendants – 02 in no. (SWR length – 1.08 M, Dia-16mm and Test load-06 T, with suitable thimble eye on one end). (g) Provisioning of suitable adaptor for attaching Pendants to the hose as per sample. Material- SS. (h) Provisioning of 04 nos D-Shackle-12mm, Material-MS. Test Load-06T. (j) Modification Job to be undertaken under Class supervision.
