Annual Maintenance contract for Pest control services, Fogging operation, Spraying of anti-adult mosquito and anti-larval chemical treatment in HSL colony and Town Bungalows.

ADULT MOSQUITO CONTROL TREATMENT:

a) Supply of (Beta Cyfluthrin 2.45% SC (Responsar) of Bayer Company) chemical for indoor spraying of residential quarters to Adult Mosquito control treatment complete all as directed. (Colony and Town bungalows).(Note: The contractor shall carry out the work by using this item materials and as specified below in item no.4(a)

b) Supply of (Kingfog ULV (Deltamethrin 1.25% ULV of Bayer Company) chemical for fogging operation by thermal fogging method to Adult Mosquito control treatment complete all as directed. (Colony and Town bungalows).(Note: The contractor shall carry out the work by using this item materials and as specified below in item no.4(b) and including Diesel or Kerosine which are in the contractor's scope.

ANTI-LARVACIDAL TREATMENT:

Supply of (Bi-Larv 25 WP, Diflubenzuron 25% WP, 500grams of each operation) (500grams of each packet) chemical for Anti-Larvacidal Treatment for spectic tanks, drains and water stagnated areas, other areas as required complete all as directed. (Colony and Town bungalows).(Note: The contractor shall carry out the work by using this item materials and as specified below in item no.4(c)

PEST CONTROL SERVICES:

Supply of (Premaizes of Bayer company) chemical for Anti Termite Treatment, Cockroaches, red ants and black ants etc., complete all as directed. (Colony and Town bungalows). (Note: The contractor shall carry out the work by using this item materials and as specified below in item no.4(d)

Supply of Semi skilled labour/person for carrying out the following activities: (The spraying machines, Thermal Fogging machines, drilling machines,Diesel,Kerosine etc., are in the contractors scope)

a) Indoor spraying by mechanically, inside the residential quarters, public buildings to be carried out, once in every (02) Two Months. Minimum quantity of chemical to be used per each operation(20 ml of Responsar in 1 Litre of water) (Minimum 450 Quarters covered in each treatment.) (Colony and Town bungalows) b) Fogging operation shall be carried out using modern fogging machine, once in every Month covering the area as required. Minimum quantity of chemical to be used for one Month treatment. (For thermal fogging - 1 Litre of Kingfog should be diluted in 199 Litres of Diesel or Kerosine to cover the 20 Hectare area) (Colony and Town bungalows). (Diesel or Kerosine is in contractor scope). c) Work shall be carried out once in every (02) Two weeks with Bi-Larv 25 WP, (Diflubenzuron 25% WP) (500mg of each operaion) ( 20 grams per 10 Litres of water for polluted surface water to cover 500 Sq.M area) as specified in all the spectic tanks, drains and water stagnated areas, other areas as required. Bi-Larv 25 WP (Diflubenzuron 25% WP - (500 grams per each operation) d) Applying Pest control services (Anti Termite Treatment) by drilling, diluting, and injucting chemical emulsion for anti termite treatment under existing floors, wooden Doors, windows, cupboards, Trees, electric boards , walls etc., and spraying the chemical to control the cockroaches, red ants, black ants etc., complete all as directed. (Colony and Town bungalows)
