Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick jumper work blasting soft or hard rock or by chiselling where blasting is prohibited soft/hard rock in all lifts stacking the excavated soil as directed by the Engineer-in-charge clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in

Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies,beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all floor level complete involving acomplete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M-30 (design mix) not leaner than 1 : 1.5 :3 (1 cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcemnt for reinforced concrete work complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge .

In foundation, footings, basis of columns and the like and mass concrete complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10m thickness) attached pillaster, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc from top of foundaation level upto floor two level as per the direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Prov.form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron frame 30 x 30 x 5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering,strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping & centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr.& removal of same for insitu rainforced concrete and plain concrete work complete in all leads and lifrs and as per the directioin and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge :-

Flat surfaces such as soffits & suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like. Floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partition and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing, Laying mild or tor steel reinforcement for RCC. Work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level Tor steel complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with Cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand) & as per direction & to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of SFRC manhole cover with frame having frames size of 500mm internal dia (Medium duty). The weight of cover and frame should not less than 100 Kg. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, jointing and testing GMS tube light class of following diameter including to be fitting complete(earth work to be measured and paid for separately including testing of joints, within all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge(Labour rate)

Providing and fixing C.I. Sluice valves of following diameter Kirloskar/Leader make with hand wheel as per IS:780-1984 Class-I upto 300mm dia (incluidng brass spindle as per 2906-1984 Class-II for dia >300mm dia complete with bolts nuts, rubber insertion etc. (The tail piece if required shall be mesured and paid for separately) as per diection and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Class PN 1.0)

Precast concrete block masoanry in partitions walls 10cm. Thick with solid blocks of approved size including quion block closer etc made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and down gauge in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand) complete in all leads and lifts.

Providing and placing of horizontal layer of filter media duly graded secreened washed and cleaned as specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Top layer Fine sand (Eff. Size 0.20mm to 0.40mm and Uniformity co-efficient 2.00 to 3.00

Second layer of coarse sand 3mm to 6mm.

Third layer of stone aggregate 6 to 20 mm

Fourth layer of stone aggregate 20mm to 25mm

Bottem layer Broken stone 50mm to 75mm.
