Establishment, Commissioning of 6.0MLD Regional Combined Sewage & Effluent Treatment Facility (RCSETF) Civil/Common Infrastructure Installed Treatment Machinery Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) on Turnkey Basis Including Operation & Maintenance of entire plant for a period of 5 years at Mundargi 4th Phase Industrial Area, Ballari District.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer whether his name should have in the last five years period 2021-22 to 2025-26 ( Updated to 2026-27).The Tenderer should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor for at least one CETP/ Regional combined sewage & Effluent treatment facility (RCSETF) with ZLD facility with allied works, value not less than Rs.1978.00 Lakhs whose capacity not less than 1.00 MLD capacity CETP / Regional combined sewage & Effluent treatment facility (RCSETF) with ZLD completed within last five financial years as per the scope of work .Technology provider can be separate for CETP/ Regional combined sewage & Effluent treatment facility (RCSETF) projects. Wherein, the technology provider shall offer his credentials to one bidder only. (The work done certificate and other documents issued only in the name of technology provider as a lead member will be accepted).

Executed in any one financial year by the Tenderer & Technology Provider, the following minimum quantities of work on Total Turnkey Basis: Certificates of proof shall be enclosed from competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer in Government/Public Sectors/ Reputed Organizations Earthwork : 28866.00Cum (2) RCC : 4184Cum (3) TMT/HYSD steel : 417.00Tonne.(ii)Technology provider shall offer his credentials to one bidder only. (The workdone certificate and other documents issued only in the name of technology provider as a lead member will be accepted). (1) ULTRAFILTRATION membranes and RO Membranes : 1000 KLD (2) MEE/MVRE : 500 KLD (3) Power Installations : 500KVA.

The Tenderer or his identified sub-contractor should possess a required valid electrical license for executing electrical works and should have executed electrical works totalling Rs.100.00 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% of the electrical works) in any one year.

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate:a)Availability by owning at least 50% of the required / specified critical equipment for this work and remaining 50% can be deployed on lease / hire basis the following key and critical equipment are required for this work.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity: (AxNx1.5 - B), where, A: Maximum value of Civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N: Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B: Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 24 Months.

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer whether his name should have in the last five years period 2021-22 to 2025-26 ( Updated to 2026-27)Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.7912.00 Lakhs. (Contract Works Only).

liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.1186.80 lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for permitting the fund requirement etc -equivalent of the estimated cash flow for the months in the peak construction period).
