Maintenance of Apron Flood Light system

Job contract for Operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 27 nos. Apron Flood Light (AFL) Masts at Remote Aircraft Parking bays (From Northern side of Parking Bay 17 to Southern side of Parking Bay 32) of height upto 12 Meters with its panel (LT electrical Panel and High Mast control panel) etc. by deploying adequate manpower in three shifts on all days throughout the year including Sundays and holidays. Work includes preventive maintenance as per PMI schedule, attending complaints/faults/breakdown including taking rectification action and ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition and supply & replacement of defective spares like both MCCB & MCB of required rating, contactors, timer switch, faulty wire as required size, control cable, connectors, LED light fittings with driver, R Y B indicating LED Lamp, gear oil, counter load , Aviation Obstruction Light, minor welding work to repair existing high mast barricade ensuring serviceability/satisfactory working condition of AFL masts taking lux level measurement, maintaining all records and documentation etc. as per PVM schedule., as per special conditions of contract and the instruction of Engineer in-charge or his authorized representative as per requirement of the works. The contractor needs to deploy the following minimum manpower with reliever, on all days 1. Skilled Manpower - 03 Nos. (1 in each shift) and 2. Unskilled manpower - 03 Nos. (1 in each shift.)
