Supplying, fitting and fixing vetrifed tile in floors of size 600mm x 600 mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of rrquired thickness of 10 mm and filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work.

Fixing Vetrified tiles in dados skirting on 12mm thick CP (1:3) jointed with net cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of tiles.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over Brick / stone massonary finished smooth including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S doors and windows shutters of approved design in proper position making good to the damges of walls of R.C.C or other structural etc. including mending or cutting sizes or grooves in chaukhats with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials required for the work, labour and T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per

Supplying, Fitting &Fixing Up Window Sliding Type madeup from Aluminium Section 151-154,151-155 as windows frame section no-151-155,151-153,151-167 as Shutter Frame fitted with 5mm thick Black Glass as penal fitted as per specifications.

Plastic emulsion paint two coats with approved shade and quality including cost of plastic paint with conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P require for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Wall painting two coats with weather seal coatof approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete.

Painting 2 (Two) coats with any approved enamel paint over a coat of priming to new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the EIC.

Providing and fixing rain water down pipe with necessary bend shoes and heads including cost of 75mm dia earthen pipe, clamps and nails etc. with all cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
