Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including floor finishes such as interlocking paver blocks etc and removal of debries outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder of gauge not exc 63mm deposited spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for M-20 using approved Ready Mix Concrete design mix(20mm aggregate) use as floors and similar works including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of debries outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete type 1:3:6 type C-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size of 60mm thickness, M-35 graded laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate in sub base, foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish outside the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete tiles with grey and any pigments 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and incl cement screed 15mm thick in 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance of not exc 50M and making good surfaces in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete including column foundation and posts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in door or gates of angle, fencing post angle or other section of Fe- 290 (Gde E 165) with gusset plates rails braces etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or others covering doors, etc, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 and steel bars for tightening the fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of strands rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.
