M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud , or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m putting in pre-mixed bituminous macadam well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping), depth of potholes exc 30 mm.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/100 (VG 10 ) grade @ 5 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam using 4 % paving bitumen of any penetration laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix, using paving Bitumen 60/70 (VG 30 ) grade, laid by mechnical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8-10 Ton Vibro Roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for preparing the road side berms, removing vegetation, loose spoils etc spreading 75mm thick Moorum/red bajri, levelled and rammed/rolled to gradient and camber required, including watering etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stud made out of aluminium alloy, Die casted, dynamic ally designed having very high impact strength and fitted with 2Nos highly reflective relectors and 2 Nos eye balls each on both side weight 537gms (approx) dimension : 110x128x29.5(approved by GE) all as specified and directed. Make : Dark eye (aluminium) M Stud DA-971 or equialent.

S& F for solar stud 125mmX125mmX25mm with dhank of 56.08mm made out of aluminium alloy, Die casted dynamic alloy, shall be powered by solar cells and panels ideal singles product for highways with following specification:- (i) Solar panel mono crystallune Solar 2.4V/03 watt. (ii) One Ni -od rechargble battery. (iii) Six super brught LEDs. (iv) Colour -Yellow or approved by Engr-in Charge. (v Make- DARK EYE or wquivalent.

Material and labour for preparing concrete/bituminous surfaces and painting lines, dashes (contineous/un intrrupted), arrows, letters etc exceeding 10 cm width & 2.50mm thick with hot applied thermo plastic road marking materials not less than 5 Kg per 10 Sqm all as specified in clause 803.4 of MOSRT and H Specification, white or golden yellow (IS colour No. 356) over a coat of primer complete all using road painting machine all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
