Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of Water supply installation and fire fighting installation including irrigation water supply with pumps 2X5 HP,1X7.5 HP monoblock pump(for potable water) and 2X60 HP centrifugal pump & 1X15 HP jocky pump for (fire fighting),water supply pipe line, fire fighting system and its pipe line ,Fire hydrant and accessories, LT panel, starter at DIBER HQ Haldwani for feeding water supply to Technical Laboratory building, Adm building and Guest House ,E/M installation MES Officec complex,residencial building at domestic area for round the clock in three shifts of 8 hours duration per day (i.e. three shifts a day ) commencing from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs, from 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs & from 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs by employing one ITI qualified FGM / 10 years experience in the relevant trade in each shift including rectification of fault developed in panel board , pumps set, starter and automatic operation of fire fighting system and upkeep the water supply installation including routine maintenance of pump sets and fire fighting system to insure operational and working conditions, maintain day to day record of running and maintenance activities in log sheet etc , complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:-(a) Log books shall be maintained for pump sets sepretaly on pucca bond register cost of which shall be included in the unit rates of Schedule A (b) Water supply break down register for water supply break down shall be maintained saperately on pucca bond register,cost of which shall be included in the unit rates of Schedule A and maintain the reason of break down after enquaring from state Jal Sansthan or local installation.

Area responsibility :-(a) The contractor has full responsibility to maintain the surrounding area neat and clean. (b)Safety precaution should be maintained properly.safety shoes required to the working staff would be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.©T&P required for the maintenance and repair work will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.(d) Reliever forproviding weakely holy day and national holywill be arranged by the contractor ( e) Operator will remain in uniform in duty as approved by accepting officer. (f) Duty roaster will be approved by the Accepting Officer . As per the duty roaster shift duty will be carried out.

Manning and operation of Installed macinary: -(i) Manning and operation of Installed macinary: - (i) Centrifugal Pump Set Cap 3 HP - 2 Nos (one standby) installed at Fire fighting pump house.(ii) Centrifugal Pump Set Cap 1 HP - 2 Nos (one standby) installed at Fire fighting pump house.(iii) Centrifugal Pump Set Cap 60 HP - 2 Nos (one standby) installed at Fire fighting pump house (iv Jocky pump Pump Set Cap15 HP - 1 No installed at Fire fighting pump house . (v) Pressure vessel for pressurisation - 1 No (v) Pressure vessel for pressurisation - 1 No (vi) LT controle Panel installed at various pump houses-3 Nos (vii) Submersible pump set 10 HP - 01 No (v) pump set 7.5 HP - 01 No (vii) Pump House building and surrounding area-3 Nos (viii) Centrifugal Pump Set Cap 5 HP - 2 Nos (one standby) installed at domestic pump house. (ix) Centrifugal Pump Set Cap 7.5 HP - 1 No installed for Admin building. General notes for contract:- (i) Contractor will make the payment of tradesmen/operator/mazdoor through bank account only through ECS/NEFT/Cheque. Bank statement in respect of payment made to all employees/labours will be submitted 5th day of every month after payment and before RAR payment. (ii) A certificate as per given in PS clause for paying the EPF to all employees/labours be submitted by contractor before claming RAR payment. (ii) Group insurance of employed labours/tradesmen will be done by contractor and the copy of the same be submitted in the office as per labour regulation act. (iv) ID proof and a police verification of all labours/tradesmen/supervisor be submitted in AGE(I) office immediately after acceptence of tender to issue security passes.
