Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, laying of pipes, cables, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc, not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point complete all specified and directed.

Supply and spread M Sand for cushioning and covering of UG cables in trenches complete all specified and directed. (Note : For measurement purpose only punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type-I flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all specified and directed.

Supply and Laying UG cable in trenches/passing through pipes/fixed on walls or poles cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 150 sqmm with suitable cable gland complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto All as per Sl Item No 6, but aluminium conductor of size 3.5 core 95 Sqmm.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for supporting GI/CI pipes/headers etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made outdoor type floor mounted LT cubical panel board 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply, dust and vermin proof IP-54 Protection CPRI Approved having suitable size made out on 3.15 mm CRCA steel sheet powder coated as per IEC 61439 with aluminium bus bar of 400 Amps for phases and 300 Amps for Neutral duly laminated with colour coding sleeves. Mounted on MS angle iron frame of size 40x40x4mm grouted in PCC type B2 above ground level including dismantling old existing panel board. Supply & Fix Outdoor type, weather proof, thermoplastic polycarbonate cable junction box, IP-66/69 in accordance with IEC 60529, with 5 pole terminal suitable to terminate upto 25 sqmm 4 core and 2 core cables with metric knockouts on side walls of size 205 x 255 x 112 mm complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Hensel Cat No KF2525 G or equivalent in Legrand/Schneider.

Supply & Fix MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps, 220 volts, 10 KA, 'C' Series complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 3 core flexible Aluminium cable 4 Sqmm from cable junction box to street light fitting including ERW steel conduit pipe of suitable size as required at site complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable cross-arms of MS channel or angle sections, bracing, supports, clamps including nut bolt from LT poles etc, complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling insulators of any type, any size from poles complete.

Dismantling earth wire or copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span from poles complete.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors complete.

Material & Labour for cable route indicator 15 cm dia with CI plate embossing type of cable fix to angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6mm and 45 cm long with necessary fixing arrangement in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling concrete poles/ struts of any size complete.

Dismantling steel poles/struts of any size complete.

Material & Labour for Earthing with GI earth plate of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 metre below ground level, earth plate paced on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm in layers, connected by GI strip of size 32x6 mm thick, soldered and riveted to earth plate. GI earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe (light grade). The earthing includes PCC pit chamber, RCC pit cover and frame, watering pipe 20 mm bore, funnel with wire mess with necessary earth work including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 metre complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I - 2009 including dismantling old earth plate complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Main earthing lead from earth plate to test point & up to 7.5 Metre to be provided. The cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate.

Ditto All as per item No 35 but using galvanised Earth plate of 600x600x6mm with earth wire of 4mm dia as earthing lead.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
