S&F interlocking aluminium power coated snap grid consists of main Tee runners of size 38mm x 25mm x 1.00 mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross Tee of size 25mm x 25mm x1.00mm, 1200 long spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mm x 600mm and provide a secondary cross Tee 25mm x 25mm x 1.4mm (of length 600mm) to be interlocked of the centre of 1200mm x 600mm panel to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm and wall angle 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm . Demolition of PCC (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness,(below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 with (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in flooring, finished even and rough to receive the top layers all complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any desription including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) on vertical surfaces as in skirting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar over cement screed base of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F modular kitchen cabinet made out of 18mm thick one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination sheet consisting of carcass 18mm thick PVC sheet and provision of shutters made out of 18mm thick one side decorative laminated PVC sheet including all required brackets, SS screws, installing concealed cabinet door hinges, rails, channels, internal fixtures, magnetic catch, stainless steel partitions (Baskets different utensils as required in kitchen) etc. The panel shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. S&F of factory made solid panel PVC cupboard shutter, 18 mm thick one side decorative lamination & other side balancing lamination sheet consisting of carcass 18mm thick PVC sheet of density 600 Kg/Cbm manufactured by an ISO:9001-2015 certified company & provision of shutters made out of 18mm thick one side decorative laminated PVC Sheet all required brackets 5.5 screws, installing concealed cabinet door hinges, rails, channels, magnetic catch internal fixtures etc. The panels shall be fabiricated using adhesive and screw where ever required. All the edges shall be covered 1mm thick edge bonding tape of 90 degree edge bent finish as per make and specification mentioned as per drawing and specification approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down tarfelt with tiles and cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50 m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid perarately under relevant item as supply only).

M&L for water proofing treatrment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top :- (a) Applying bitumenous primer @ 0.25 ltrs per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof incl parapet surface. (Note :- Bituminuous primer shall be "TANK MASTIC" manufactured by "EMUFALTE" manufactured by M/s Texsa India Ltd/STP ) (b) Over the priming coat laying one layer APP based polymembric membrane of approved manufacturer 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester febric weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (iii) APP bassed polymeric membrane shall be "MOPLY FP 3MM" manufactured by M/S Texsa India Limited/STP. (iv) Applying two coats of Aluminium paint over APP membrane.)

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of wall care putty and primer complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II : Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan socket or power) including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc and keeping serviceable light fittings in safe custody for reuse in the work complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.50 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, drawn through and including PVC conduit 20 mm dia (medium grade) complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including factory made sunk type mild steel terminal boxes 1.25 mm thick (wall thickness) conforming to IS-5133 (Part-I) with 3mm thick hylem sheet top cover for mounting switches/ sockets/regulator etc., including 1.50 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, green in colour for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for One light point/ One fan point/bell point controlled by one switch including cutting chases for concealed conduit, pinning in, making good to facing and disturbed surfaces using cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.
