OD116244/2021-2022:Operation and maintenance of 3 nos. of 5TR packaged A/C unit and 62.5 KVA D.G set in PWD Rest House, Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram, which includes daily operation of the entire system by engaging one wire man,having the qualification of ITI in wireman), and one number A/C Mechanic having the qualification of ITI AC Mechanic(ITI in MRAC)at-least once in every month for servicing and as and when required whenever complaint of A/C arises The Generator Operator/Electrician has to be available in the premises in day time and at any time in case of emergency. Service of AC mechanic must be available at least once in every month for servicing of A/C, and as and when required, whenever any complaint of A/C arises, that is at any time in case of emergency. The certificates of the AC mechanic and Generator Operator has to be obtained from any of the institutions under Government of India after undergoing a full time course of two years and has to be surrendered in PWD Electrical Sub-Division, Thiruvananthapuram, as long as the staffs are engaged for duty. The D.G. set shall be operated as and when required including conducting daily trial run, rectifying minor defects in the D.G. set including cleaning the DG set body using cotton waste, cleaning/replacing the filters etc. The condition of the battery of the DG set, Oil level in the engine and water level in the radiator etc. shall be checked regularly. The electrical installation shall also be checked regularly and maintained properly by changing the fuses of panel boards, attending calls, petty repairs and replacing the damaged electrical accessories etc. The packaged A/C should also be serviced including indoor units/outdoor units. AHU etc. shall be maintained in proper working condition. The diffusers of A/C in the conference hall shall be removed and cleaned and refitted once in every three months

OD134214/2021-2022:Annual Maintenance and servicing of 1TR/ 1.5TR/ 2TR/ 3 TR, 240/415V , High Wall/ Floor Mounting type Split / Duct able split/ Cassette type Air Conditioner Units covering all routine and preventive maintenance , attending to all breakdowns and rectifying the defects if any (excluding the cost of spare). The cleaning and servicing of IDU and ODU includes 1No. water servicing using chemicals, water pump etc. and 3 Nos. Air servicing using cleaning materials and pressure air pump etc.The operating status of the units should be regularly monitored and intimated to the department staff in charge and the Air conditioner Units should be maintained in proper working condition through out the period of contract.
