Laying of Plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43/53 grade at cement as per Clause 1501.2.2 (M30 Grade) at 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28 cum capacity and appropriate weighbatcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, and curing of concrete slabs for 14 days and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Flooring with ceramic tiles, set over base coat of CM (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kg/sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all Material like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete for finished item of work (BLD-CSTN-7-6) - 10 Sq.M.
