Collecting Gemoetric Topographic, structures, land mark features using total station taking levels bearings at suitable interval of the work covers the details of existing features such as location of structures, electric poles, telephone poles, trees, compound wall, building, shops, HT lines, OFC and preparation of land plan, L-Section, cross section and detailing of the adjoining properties superimposing on the revenue map, calculation of areas of khasra, marking of proposed, existing levels and H.F.L. calculation of earth work and all the details along the existing road and both sides of alignment with hard and soft copy of all details as per direction and approval of the Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect

Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per MORTH specification clause 202.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1: 4: 8 or leaner mix.

Carriage of Sand, bajri, ballast, stone, boulders, kankar & gravelly material includind loading & unloading . (For lead above 495m upto 1000m) to be included in the respective item. Add for each subsequent Km. Lead above 1 KM. Upto 14KM.

Raising manhole cover and frames slab to required level including dismantling existing slab and making good the damage as required (raising depth of manhole masonary to be paid seperately). Rectangular manhole 90x60cm.

Supplying and fixing ferro cement cover with CI frame for chambers & manholes of size. 500mm dia 22Kg CI frame to with stand 22 MT cenetre point load (Heavy duty)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes (IS 15778 : 2007 code) having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, this included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement , trenching refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. Providing and Fixing Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) SWR Pipes Type B for sciland waste discharge system (IS:13592 : 1992 Marked) 110mm dia

Supply of direction and place identification sign boards made out of 2mm thick MS sheet framed to angle iron 40 x 40 x 5mm and 2 vertical posts of angle iron 65 x 65 x 6mm, 4.60m long with hold fasts including excavation and fixing with CC 1:4:8 (30 x 30 x 60cm) and transportation with painting with superior grade enamel paint of approved quality including lettering and figuring etc. complete as per IRC standard size 160 x 180cm (project board)

Supplying & fixing of one side polished black granite/white marble stone 14-20mm thick of size 3'X2' with engraved and gold colour painted letters (upto 500 letters) & borders including soorsagar white stone pillars of size 0.15x0.15x2.1 Mtr. With moulding, carving & making slot on pillars for fixing of granite stone including loading & unloading with all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated Cement Concrete in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.50 metres above Ground/Bed level.[MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000/1700]Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.S

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (M-30 grade) over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 400 Kg per cum , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrance, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 602.
