Annual cloud PBX charges for 60 channel for self-service (IVRS) and 40 concurrent users call center operation including call handling, call forwarding , call recording, reporting, troubleshooting etc. It will also include the cost of setup.
One time cost for noice cancellation headset (wired) from a reputed brand.
One time cost for VoIP Phones from a reputed brand.
Annual internet charges for 2(two) ILL(Internet Lease Line) link of each minimum 10 MBPS from 2 different service provider with auto switchover during failure.
Annual Project maintenancce cost. Includes cost of software development to integrate the PBX system with BBA.
One time cost for Media Gateway and other hardware. The total cost of all hardware to be considered as 1 unit.
