ADDITIONAL REINFORCEMENT:If the corroded bars has worn out by more than 1/3rd of its original cross section. If such bars are prevailing, additional rebars to be provided in the area by welding or anchoring using CERA Anchorset, a polyster resin based anchoring grout for the purpose.

DRILLING & FIXING OF ADDITIONAL REINFORCEMENT: Drilling holes up to a depth of 150mm for fixing reinforcements & Shear connectors using Anchor grout CERA ANCHORSET

PLASTERING:Plastering with high quality plastering mortar of reputed brands like CERACHEM /FOSROC/SIKA including bonding latex including materials, labour complete.

CURING:Immediately after the completion of the repair works, the surface should be sprayed with curing compound of reputed brands like CERACHEM /FOSROC/SIKA

D. CEILING REPAIR ( Where depth of damage is more than 15mm and reinforcement dia reduced by 50%)

Providing and laying vitrified tile over existing stair base 120X30cm.Full body vitrified tile to be 12mm matt finish full body. Vitrified tile to be fixed over existing step after hacking of the existing step and making the surface rough.High quality tile adhesive to used, pasted evenly over the tile base surafce and laid over prepared sustrate to proper level and line. Rates to be all inclusive including cost of materails , wastage, related labour, transportation, loading unloading , scaffolding etc complete.

Providing and laying full body vitrified tile in 60X60cm. vitrified tile to be laid on landings and riser. Step tile to be 12mm matt finish full body .vitrified tile to be fixed over existing step/landing after hacking of the existing step and making the surface rough.High quality tile adhesive to used ,pasted evenly over the tile base surafce and laid over prepared sustrate to proper level and line. Anti Termite Treatment- Carrying out Eco - Friendly Pest control and ant-termite treatment by appointing specialized agency ( Agency : PCI / Hi-care)* for the premises with one year guarantee. Mode of measurement shall be on carpet area. A certificate of guarantee to be submitted by the vendor along with hand over document.

ALUMINUM WINDOWS & ROLLING SHUTTER

Supplying & fixing in position Aluminium extruded sections of 16 gauge of approved Makes two track sliding windows with outer frame made from section overall size 62mm x 45mm, with shutters of sections made of 19mm x 40mm with 6mm plain sheet glass fixed with new neoprene gasket, Shutters to be provided with nylon encased S.S. rollers, necesarry locks, and handles etc. The AL section should be, treated with powder coating of approved colour/ shade. The step to be fabricated in 20x40mm RHS and tread to be completed using 33x6mm flat welded on to the tread frame. 600mm x 600mm Modular Grid Ceiling. Providing and fixing modular ceiling systems with calcium silicate board ceiling tiles as per following specifications. Rate to include all fastening accessories with approved finishes and Calcium silicate tiles of size 600mm x 600mm x 12mm thick of approved colour and type. Suspension shall be as per manufacturer specific stitched, sillhouette reveal profile grid system with 15mm wide flanges incorporating 6mm central recess colour (all black reveal). Sillhouette main runners and cross tees to have metered ends (bird's mouth or manufacturer specific) and profiled notches to provide cruciform junctions. Double skin partitions to be of various heights /finish as per drawing but of the following general specifications .Partitions to be 7.5 cm thick with inside base frame in 19mm Mply @45cm c/c .Bothsides of frame to be in 9mm Mply with 1mm laminated finish. Bottom sections to be screwed to floor using suitable anchor bolts .Rates also to be inclusive of all related materials costs,labour,wastage etc complete. Mode of measurements -visible executed area from finished floor level till actual executed height in the case of dwarf partitions and for full height partitions height shall be measured from finished floor level to 10cms above ceiling level.Support frames 10cms above false ceiling level will not be considered for measurements.

Dry wall Partition 50mm thick

Providing and fixing of Solid Dry Wall Panel 50mm thick of size 2400/2700/3000mm in length and 600mm width having a unique tongue and groove jointing system. The panels are made of two fibre reinforced cement sheets enclosing a light weight aerated concrete core composed of cement, fly ash and other binders. Density is 720~780kg/cum, panel has Axial load carrying capacity min 83 KN/m with 2.5 times factor safety as per test method of ASTM -E-72:98 . These panels need to meet Uniformly distributed load (Bending load 80 -95kg/sqm & modulus of rupture 40-58kg/sqcm) as per test method ASTM-E-72:98 & IS 2380 Part 4. EARTHING STATIONS

UPS - DRIVEN CHEMICAL EARTHING

Providing maintenance free earthing (MFE) comprising of 17mm dia, 3.0 mtr long copper bonded stainless / nickel steel alloy rod suitably joined together with threadless / compression couplers made of copper alloy including supply of copper coated steel rod, suitable clamps for connecting body earthing strips and all other accessories required for the total erection of the earthing system. The copper bonded rod shall have copper bonding thickness of 250 microns (minimum). The rod shall be driven in earth with augured hole dia of 75-100mm in ground. The conductivity / earth enhancement compound (Confirms to IEC:62651-7 with latest amendments) filled around the copper rod to a depth of 3.0 Mtrs from ground level. The remaining depth shall be compacted with hard/ soft soil for complete erection of the total system including civil works like excavation & refilling of earth, construction of earth pit chamber with Cover Plate OR RCC cover slab as required and as directed by Bank's EIC/ Consultant.

GRID EARTHING
