The bidder shall quote a ‘Management Fee’ for providing goods and /or services, as applicable in the tender. The Management Fee shall be quoted as a percentage of the total Statutory Monthly Emoluments payable to the total number of (unskilled + semi-skilled + skilled) workers deployed for providing services in the MC /MCH/ hospital. Here ‘Statutory Monthly Emoluments’ shall mean amount payable as per Row 12 of Schedule of Payment under Section-XIII: Proforma of Monthly Bill to be Submitted by the Bidder. Service Tax as applicable from time to time shall be paid extra.No additional charges, taxes etc. will be paid.The bidder must quote a Management Fee between 2% and 10%. Bids outside this range will be rejected).[For example: If you quote the figure ‘5’. It means that you will charge 5 % (five percent) of total Statutory Monthly Emoluments payable to the total number of (unskilled + semi-skilled + skilled) workers deployed for providing services in the MC/MCH/ hospital as Management Fee per month. Service Tax as applicable from time to time shall be paid extra. No additional charges, taxes etc. will be paid. You may quote upto a maximum of 10 % (ten percent) as Management Fee.]
