Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance upto outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and disposal of debris and rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc and finished the surface even and rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but n.exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which is to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tape is to removed after filling the epoxy grout including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which is to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tape is to removed after filling the epoxy grout including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

(Note for item Nos: 5 to 07 above: Joints shall be maintained by providing PVC spacers and cost of the same shall be included in the unit quoted rates of respective item)

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm/300mmx450mm) x 6 to 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which is to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tape is to removed after filling the epoxy grout including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for designer Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 23-25mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish outside MD land as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (10mm+5mm each) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with integral water proofing compound with weight of cement in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item).

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming jambs, etc. to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use & waste Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizonal or sloping) for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, shelves etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid seperately)

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame, n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames, exc 1.5 but n.exc. 4 Sqm in each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Well seasoned 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkat and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for embedding holdfast, bed block, cills, etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild steel Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 40 mm thick, 2nd class hardwood, factory made, Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick, factory made, glazed/skeleton shutters with first class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut mitred beads for securing glass, etc complete as specified and directed . Sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed

S & F solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with wood free EPS, with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm Plain colour PVC Sheet on back face fixing in frame at site complete as per specification and drawing and as directed.

Taking down aluminium doors / Window shutters / ventilators/ partitions of any size carrying out minor repairs / adjacement such as straightening of edges, bringing at a level with required cutting adjusting including replacement of damaged rubber beading/ aluminium beads, cleats, roller etc of as required size (if any) and refixing in same position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and lay polymeric water proofing membrane of weight 3kg/sq.m incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 100gms/sq.m., followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2kg/sq.m. each at top and bottom of the membrane including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minium 10cm overlap incl grooving & inserting in parapet wall all as per manufacturers instructions and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer over the top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Step 2: Apply the first coat of prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having glow speed of max 6 ltrs per minute with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI (c) Step 3: Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surfaces

M & L for applying one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces for painting of susequent coat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper by using fully automatic Airless spray tenchnology machine with max pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr, the spray machine should be from reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and acccessories for applying distemper in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Sanding of surfaces shall be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by the Paint manufacturer)

M & L for applying one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having presure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying Two coats of of water based 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint with silicon aditive and colour stay technology, excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gm/litre as per the LEEDS specifications and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) @ 1.79 Ltr (undiluted)/10 Sqm for two coats diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having presure of 3300 PSI and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surfaces in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing old decorated surfaces of walls, etc including cornices by bromming down or by steel wire brushing, scrapping down smokes soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salt and treating oil and greasy spot and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
