M & L for checking and examinations of EOT crane of 2 ton capacity installed in hangers for detaching repair/replacement of unserviceable parts by authorised Service Personnel of manufacturer - GRIP ENGINEERS PVT LTD, BALLABGARH (HARYANA) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Repair/replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item(s).

S & F in renewal of motor rectifier for brake long travel motion as per exiting Make/size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of remote pendent with push button double step for all motions as per exiting Make/size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of ferrule and sleeve for wiring remote pandent with push button double step for all motions as per exiting Make/size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of remote sensor control card as per exiting Make/size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of control cable of controlling panel as per exiting Make/size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of collector current, 3 Phase supply, 50 Hz as per exiting Make/size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of overhead relay for motor current control as per exiting Make/size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of variable value voltage frequency driver for long travel cross travel and main motion of crane along with programming in software in driver card by competent authority as per exiting Make/size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of contactor with charging system with control and power wiring (5 Nos.) as per exiting Make/size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of panel wiring according to drawing power and control charges as per exiting Make/size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting the electric supply from existing crane panel, dismantling and taking down gear box of the crane of 2 ton capacity and open up by loosening the coupling, foundation nut, bolt & washers etc. draining out the complete gear box oil, taking out grease cleaning the complete gear box with K oil and re-assembling the gear box after replacement of defective/ worn out parts viz brass gear, tapper roll bearing, oil seal, coupling & foundation nuts, bolts, washers etc. as per existing Make, size and capacity & including refilling with fresh gear oil as specified by the manufacturer & providing fresh grease and making the gear box leak proof by fixing the suitable gasket / washer etc. and including taking up and re-fixing with crane and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Renewal of new parts viz tapper roll bearing, brass gear, oil seal, coupling & foundation nuts, Bolts, Washers and providing fresh gear oil as well as fresh grease shall be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only here-in-after.

Supply only brass gears (as per existing gear/sample) duly casted/ fabricated and cutting teeth as required suitable to accommodate in the crane gear box for 2 ton capacity of crane for replacement under item No 12 (here-in-before) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only tapper roll bearing of size as per existing gear box bearing for replacement under item No 12 (here-in-before) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gear oil (20W40) suitable for crane gear box for replacement under item No 12 (here-in-before) complete all as specified and directed. Make- SERVO/CASTROL/HP/MAC.

Supply only oil seal as per sample suitable for crane gear box for replacement under item No 12 (here-in-before) complete all as specified and directed. Make- SERVO/CASTROL/HP.

M & L for disconnecting the electric supply, dismantling and opening of EH thruster and thruster brake drum 50 mm to 250 mm dia of EOT crane, servicing and re-assembling the thrust brake drum in its position any type and make upto 5 ton capacity servicing/ overhauling at site and re-assembling the same in its position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rates for brake leather of any type and dia shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S & F in renewal of AC solenoid brake assembly, suitable for 2/5 ton capacity of EOT crane, testing of crane on full load and including taking down old unserviceable brake assy from EOT crane complete all as specified and directed. Make :- ECH/Good grip/Hyco drive.

M & L for disconnecting the electric supply from crane panel and taking out unserviceable and providing/renewal of AC contactors of capacity upto 200 Amps of any type as per existing make & including re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting electric supply of the Crane, taking down hoist motor, thruster brake motor from a height of upto 50 feet approx and including Cleaning, rewinding cut coils of burnt winding wire with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size, baking, varnishing and refixing in its position, making all electric connections of motor and testing on full load of capacity of 2.0 HP complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting electric supply of the crane and taking down motor for LT motion, CT motion, LT / CT Thruster brake motion motor, from a height of upto 50 feet approx and including cleaning, rewinding cut coils of burnt winding wire with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing size, backing, varnishing and refixing in its position, making all electric connections of motor and testing on full load of capacity upto 1.0 HP complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in renewal of electric supply cable of EOT crane of PVC cable copper conductor, multistrand, 40/0.0076, 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of transformer of capacity 100 to 150 VA, of input 440 Volts, output 110 Volts for EOT crane upto 2 ton capacity, making all incoming and out going connections and including taking down old unserviceable transformers of any capcity complete all as specified and directed. Make - Sukam / Siemens / L&T / BCH.

S & F in renewal of Phase Failure Relay of Crane Control Panel board suitable for motor protection of EOT crane of capacity 2 Ton and making all incoming and outgoing electric connection complete all as specified and directed. Make- Minilec /L&T / SIEMENS

M & L for servicing by the manufacturer / Auth Engineer, Repair / Maint and pressure test of compact efficient tank mounted Air compressor screw type, Model No. IA MAC-7.5, Make-INDO-AIR, 25.10 CFM capacity and refrigerated compressed air dryer (model No. SED 010 Sanpar) and including check & renewal of all unserviceable, Burnout electric /Electronic parts, rewiring of control unit, change of indocool fluid oil, oil filter element, motor lubrication, solenoid valves, V-belts, flexible tubes & cleaning of strainers, oil scavenging line, cooler internals, motor, starter, electric control panel and dismantling the drain completely and clean all the components and renewal of unserviceable contactor as per existing make & capacity and testing/check the compressor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of sheet metal enclosure with a three pin and earth plug with socket plug top and incl one Triple pole MCB of 63 Amp, 240 Volts, Triple pole, 'C' curve type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces for painting duly scrubing the existing paint and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint (colour as per existing) over and including a coat of red oxide primer for compressor of existing size complete all as specified and directed. Note for all items :- Cost of Necessary tools and plants, ladders & hydra for painting and for repair works of crane shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F in repairs switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6 , 16Amp single pole, ON-OFF, 250 volt, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6, cable termination box in LM6 25 Amp, 250 volt, Double Pole with earth, ON-OFF, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6, cable termination box in LM6 25 Amp, 500 volt, Triple Pole with earth, ON-OFF, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs flame proof Rotary switch with cable termination box in LM6 four pole 63 Amp(TPN)MCB, 415 volts, rupturing capacity 10 KA and conforming to latest IS/IEC, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs flame proof MCB Double pole 25 Amp,'C' curve, having rupturig capacity 10 KA and conforming to latest IS/IEC, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs flame proof MCB Single pole 6 to 25 Amp,'C' curve , having rupturig capacity 10 KA and conforming to latest IS/IEC, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium circuit/submain wiring of any size complete, including fixture and fittings through any type of conduit and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in circuit /sub main wiring of any height in hanger recess with 4x4 sqmm single core FRLSH PVC insulated , unsheathed multistrand copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade drawn through steel conduit with 1x2.5 sqmm single core, FRLSH, PVC insulated but unsheathed copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable as earth continuity wire in hanger highbay/ floodlight complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) 4 lengths of 4 Sqmm and 1 length of 2.5 sqmm cable will be measured as one length. (ii) Cost of neccessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for repair of high raised high bay / medium bay / low bay luminaires should be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

S&F in circuit /sub main wiring of any height in hanger recess with 4x6 sqmm single core FRLSH PVC insulated , unsheathed multistrand copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade drawn through steel conduit with 1x4 sqmm single core, FRLSH, PVC insulated but unsheathed copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable as earth continuity wire in hanger highbay/ floodlight complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) 4 lengths of 6 Sqmm and 1 length of 4 sqmm cable will be measured as one length. (ii) Cost of neccessary tools and plants such as ladders, hydra for repair of high raised high bay / medium bay / low bay luminaires should be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
