Schedule "A" Part - VII: [Miscellaneous Items]: Supply, installation, commissioning of Water cooler electric driven (Single phase), fully stainless steel body having approx storage capacity of 40 litres nominal cooling capacity of 20 Litres per hour, complete all as specified.

S&F Voltage stabilizer 2.0KVA for automatic operation, suitable for deep freezers / refrigerator / water cooler / 2 Ton AC, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation 160V to 270V, output voltage stabilized at 230Volt with accuracy of ± 2.50%, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install and testing of Refrigerator, electric driven (Single Phase), capacity 195 litres BEE 5 Star rated, double door, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cable route indicator for cable route marker, made out of cast iron round shape of 200mm dia, with supporting length of GI flat 40mm wide and 6mm thick and 750mm long, duly marked with word such as LT Cable as directed, duly painted with two coats of super enamel silver colour over a coat of primer, including grouting in ground 300mm x 300mm x 300mm deep with and including PCC 1:2:4 (Type B1), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix and testing of Loop in Loop Out junction box of size 4"x8" made out of 3mm thick FRP made with IP 65 protection of thermoplastic circuit breaker boxes with metric knockouts for cable entry and exit, comb climate Cable Glands of IP66/IP67 for cable entry and Grommets IP 65 for conduit for cable exit with MCB SP 10 Amps, 10KA, C Curve overload and short Circuit protection, with 50Amp 4 way connector, terminals as bus terminals for cable with necessary fixing arrangements and with cable glands etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 3.0 core x 1.5Sqmm, 1100 volts grade and including cable glands, ferrules and connected accessories, multi stranded confirming to IS 694: 1977, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32mm x 6mm earthing lead and 50mm bore GI pipe medium grade as protection pipe by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, including excavation / earth work in any strata, adequate quantity of charcoal and common salt, PCC chamber with with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40mm thick cover slab with suitable handle and angle iron frame of suitable size to fix the cover, with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade for watering with funnel, wire mesh, including testing after completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth strip will be measured after 7.5mtr from the earth strip or earth testing terminal block whichever is lesser under relevant item.

M&L for Valve chamber of size 1000mm x 1000mm x 600mm internal dimensions, with and including excavation in any type of soil, spreading, levelling and refilling etc. PCC (1:4:8) type D2 for foundation, Fly ash brick work of one brick thick wall in CM (1:4) including internal plaster 15mm thick in CM (1:4) external plaster 15mm thick(1:4) upto 150mm below GL and providing coping in PCC (1;2:4) type B1, angular iron frame of size 50x50x6mm with 6mm thick MS plate cover complete including locking arrangements and having FRP coating of 2mm thick on both inside and outside surfaces, complete all as specified.

M&L Cutting existing 50mm CI/DI Pipe and inserting new reducer / tee etc., of suitable size as required, including necessary earthwork and fittings, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Street light bracket made out of 50mm bore medium grade GI pipe 1.50m long, bent to shape as required, fixed with and including MS flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers duly painted with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure MCB DB double door, single pole and neutral 2Way sheet steel phospetised power coated with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 Volts nutral link, IP-20 protection, fixed in concealed position, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F LED Building security light 40watt, 220Volt, >100 lum/W, PF>0.95, IP66, with 25/40mm dia suitable size GI pipe bracket fixed with clamps with all fittings & LED lamp, including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size, complete all as specified.

M&L for Fabrication and erection of fire stand of suitable size for 5 buckets, made out of mild steel angle iron/channel, covered with CGI sheet roof sheet and painting with two coat of post office red colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and lettering with white paint, with and including 04 Nos of Galvanised MS fire bucket 5 Lit capacity with water and 01 Nos for sand, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of all earth work, PCC platform and connected works.

S&F AFFF type fire extinguishers - mechancial foam type 9 litres capacity, complete with initial charge, gun metal cap, discharge hose with nozzle, wall fixing brackets, etc., complete all as specified.

S&F Dry chemical powder extinguishers, 9Kg capacity, complete with intial charge, gun metal cap, discharge hose with nozzle wall fixing brackets etc., confirming to IS : 15683 with ISI mark, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Construction of RR masonry Septic tank, 50 users capacity, designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RR masonry in walls, RCC M-25 concrete Baffle walls and Roof slab, plastering in CM 1:4, including vent shaft, manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with all necessary fittings as shown in Drg No. DGNP/TD/236 sheet No. 1/1 dated 08-05-2017, complete all as specified.

M&L for Construction of Soak well, 50 users capacity, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:3 well of honey combed and solid in M-25 concrete, RR masonery/ filling with brick bats, reinforced cover with angle iron frame vent shaft and sludge chambers etc., complete with all necessary fittings as shown in Drg No. DGNP/TD/207 sheet No. 1/1 dated 16-12-2003, complete all as specified.
