2.22 Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250mm X 200mm, made of mild steel, at least 2mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

5.2 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

5.6 Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

5.7 Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

5.9 Supplying and laying 25 X 5 mm G.I. strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc, as required, (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

7.1 Laying of one nutnber PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. 7.1.4 Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

7.5 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade ot following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. (HT 1 Core Cable laying) 7.5.4 Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

13.10 Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc, as required.

13.11 Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvaniscd insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc, as required.

13.13 Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nonlinal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as

13.16 Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 33 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

13.25 Supplying and erection of single piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 33 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 30 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station class) and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

14.15 Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as 14.15.2 90mm dia (OD-90MM & ID-76mm nominal

MR-2 Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of the 500 KVA 11/0.433 KV Copper wound outdoor type oil filled (BIS Level-I) Transformer complete including all accessories like Earthing tertninal, Liftung Lugs, Drain Valve, Oil filling Hole with plug, Silicagel Breather, First filling of Oil as per IS 1180 (PART-I): 2014, Arcing Horn, Radiator, Air Release Plug, Conservator Tank etc. along with charging approval of the Sub-Station from the competent authority as directed and specified by the department. Transformer should be as per CEA guideline as ammended up to date. (All require materials for the Sub-Station will be measured & paid separately). (Elen Engineering).

MR-3 Supply of following size PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 1.1 KV Gd. Solid Aluminum conductor up to 10 sqmm, balance stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, PVC tape inner sheathed, Armour (Aluminum wire for single core up to 70 sq. mm, balance Aluminum strip, Glavanised wire for cables up to 2 x 10 sq. mm, 3 x 10 sq. mm, 4 x 6 sq. mm & balance all galvanized steel strip), extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, 650/1100 V grade as per IS 7908 (Part-I) 1988 armored U.G. cable as specified and directed by the deptt. MR-5 Supplying with fitting and fixing of 11 KV GOAB Switch 400 Amp. as required and specified by the Department.

MR-6 Supplying with fitting and fixing of 11 KV D.O. Fuse set 200A Assembly as required and specified by the Department.

MR-7 Supplying with fitting and fixing 3-Phase 4W ICS DLMS compliant LT Trivector energy meter (Category-A), 3 x 240V phase to neutral-5A Class 0.5s for DTR metering.

MR-8 Design, fabrication & supply of Floor mounted type compartmentalized dust and vermin proof power receiving Pnnel Board (L.T.-3 ph, 415 V, AC, 100 Amp) made of M.S. sheet of not less than 16 swg duly welded & Powder Coated with Grey colour to both in interior & exterior. The panel board ill be comprises with the materials like MCCB 100 Amp with Rotary Handle, Busbar etc.

MR-9 Supplying with fitting and fixing of 3-Phase-4W Combined CT/PT Accuracy Class 0.5, 50 / 5A STC 13.1 KA for 1 Sec. etc. as required and specified by the Department.

MR-10 Repair/renovation and re- fitting of damaged 11 KV RMU 21KA 3s, Complete Outdoor CT2 1LBS+1VCB Manual Cu Bbusbar etc. as required and as directed by the Deptt.

Construction of R.C.C Pad for 500 KVA Transformer. ( 3 x 3) = 9 Sq.mm

DTR Fencing as per REC standard specification complete with material & labour. (As per APDCL 2021-22)
