M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks exc 250 litre but not exc 500 litre capacity of any type (AC, RCC or PVC) and cleaning mouths of circulating pipes etc and writing date of cleaning on tank using enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a). The size and pattern of letters of date shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (b). The unit rate quoted deemed to be included of cost of bleaching powder or any other cleaning agent to be used for tank cleaning.

M&L for dewatering of residual water, disilting and mud Cleaning of SWT of capacity 50000 gallon as mentioned below :- (a) The inner surface of the wall of tank shall be cleaned with high pressure jet pump after emptying the water in the tank. (b) After through cleaning of the tank, the cleaned water and sludge is to be removed by using pump and sludge has to be disposed off at a place as directed. (c) After made the Tank dirt free, the inner surface of Tank shall be treated with approved anti bacterial agents by GE. (d) After the tank treatment as mentioned at Srl No (c) (here-in-before) , the inner surface of the Tank shall be treated with UV-Radiator. (e) Writing date of cleaning on tank using synthetic enamel paint with letters n. exc 30 cm high. (f) Removal of any tiny plants and vegetation any position and necessary repair work of SWTs. Note :- (a) Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high letters etc., shall be painted with thick paint, so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks, if necessary, they shall be repainted until the desired result is obtained. (b) The unit rate quoted deemed to be included cost of bleaching powder or any other cleaning agent to be used for tank cleaning. (c) Cost of earthwork and excavation at places deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

S&F 500 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc complete all as specified in SSR Part I including dismantling of old u/s tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc complete all as specified in SSR Part I including dismantling of old u/s tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC water storage tanks cover for capacity exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltr including rotational/screw type or driling holes for nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 20mm dia (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe 25mm dia (minimum weight 455 gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrough iron work or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grill gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters walk ways railing frame work of ceiling etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamels paints over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel including cleaning, stopping and rubbibg down and removing all drops , dirts and splashes etc.complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls ,ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick comprising first coat 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and second coat of 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound in second coat only on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid seperatly.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint white or any tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description not other specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D2 using 40 mm stone crushed graded aggregate as in subbase for floor complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid dry or laid dry & pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Jodhpur stone of 75mm thick, having smooth surfaces use in any type of work with sharpe edge and flush jointed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders masonary, built in cement mortor including all quoins, arches pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C-1, (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of red colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.
