Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (Without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each including iron mongries, hold fast etc and including making good disturbed portions of walls in Cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 30 mm thick factory made Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including teakwood lipping 6mm thick fixed with nails complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hardwood glazed and Skelton shutters 35 mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc(without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part I section 8 clause 8.20 (a) supplied and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel windows with pressed steel frame (size 95mm x 45mm x 1.25 mm ) side hung shutter including box type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay with glazed openable shutter with glazing bar ( open out side ) and wie gauged openable shutter without glazing bar ( open inside ) dovetailed or welded complete all as specified . Note :- (i) Two shutters ie wire guaged and glazed shall be fixed in one composite frame and both shutter shall be measured as one unit (II) rate for filling PCC in frame deemed to be included in quoted rates (iii) MS grill shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item of schedule complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube 47mmx47mm (19 gauge) all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made solid panel PVC door flush shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of one side prelam PVC sheet and other side plain pvc sheet. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. complete all as specified and directed

S & F Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, Partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc with powder coated complete all as specified.
