Repair works at Various Lift Irrigation Schemes of MISD Sopore

Dismantling the units from the respective base frames of Saifkhul lift irrigation scheme and loading the pump housing along with the shafts of both the units in the Private Load Carrier and shifting the same to workshop where necessary repairs are to be carried out and unloading thereof. The job shall include carriage of the units from workshop to the site after carrying out the necessary repairs and unloading and installation at site carefully.

Repairs to the 10 cusec split casing pumping unit-II of Saifkhul Lift irrigation Scheme by way of replacement of the damaged worn out 2 No. ball bearing 6309 or equivalent of ARB/SKF/NBC make to the unit with adequate greasing, p/f of GM cooling/wearing ring & Glands[GM/MS] as per sample and repairs of shaft by means of rebuilding, re-metaling and finishing, rebuilding of requisite bearing seats & balancing of shaft/impeller and testing of the unit on full load at site.

Repairs to the pumping unit-I of Saifkhul LIS by way of P/F of ball bearing 6307 (2 No), or their equivalent of FAG/ARB/SKF or listed reputed make with adequate greasing. The job includes remetaling of shaft, balancing of shaft/impeller, rebuilding of bearing seats, M/p/f of 02 no. GM wearing rings , Glands[GM/MS] & MS Sleeve as per sample. The job includes fab.,P/F of MS bearing housing cup as per sample. Job includes testing on full load thereof.

Providing and fitting of TC-18 rubber tyre coupling of reputed make by way of extraction of damaged coupling from the pumping unit-I of Wadura Bala LIS, boring of the coupling halves of the TC-18 coupling on lathe as per sample. The coupling shall be provided with coupling bolts and rubber.

Repairs to the connection plates of the motors of Unit-I, II & III of Hibdangerpora LIS by way of replacing the worn out plates and P/F of Bakelite connection plates of suitable size. The job shall include copper thimbling of all connection terminals of motors with nuts and bolts of specific size. The job is to be carried out at site.

P/F of TC-016/18 [05 each] rubber for the rubber tyre couplings to various units at different Lift Irrigation Schemes of MISD Sopore.

P/F of M.S nuts and bolts [50kg]of specific size [as per sample] for suction and delivery side .Job includes p/f of Foot valve washers [05NO.]as per sample,RI Cloth washers 250/300mm dia [20No.]
