150 mm bore, salt glazed stone were (SGSW) drain pipe, grade 'A', laid to slope in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 including necessary testing including demolition and breaking up drain complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4 ;8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested suitable for 150mm bore of pipe complete all as directed.

300 mm bore, reinforced concrete pipe class NP-3 laid and jointed with collars laid to slope in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 including necessary testing including demolition of existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested suitable for 300mm bore of pipe complete all as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, cills, PCC gola, PCC block for holdfast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary from work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner grith in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 10mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid sepraterly.

Rendering 15mm thick plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1; 4) complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, cills, PCC gola, PCC block for holdfast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary from work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for manhole, drain etc) and simililar articles with plain faces including necessary form work and including demolition of existing cover slab etc, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ)

Mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing steel surfaces and treating small articles such as hold fast etc area n. exc 0.1 Sqm each and treated with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as directed.

Mild steel works as in bands, straps, hold fast, angle cleats , man hole cover rungs and similar small articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of septic tank suitable for 100 users, excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, brick work in CM 1:4, internal plaster 12mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound, external and bearing plaster shall be 15mm thick in CM 1:4, RCC slab in M-25 design mix concrete including RCC precast manhole cover reinforced with 8mm dia bars with angle iron frame, vent shaft and sludge chambers etc complete all as specified and shown on Drg No.TD brick-217 sheet 1/7 to 7/7.

Construction of soakage well of size 3.30 M dia X 3.00 M deep, excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, walls of honey combed and solid in M-25 (design mix) concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber, brick work in CM 1:4, plaster where shown on drg shall be 12mm thick in CM 1:6, bearing plaster 15mm thick in CM 1:4, RCC cover slab In M-25, filling with brick bats of gauge 80 to 150mm complete all as specified and shown Drg No.TD-309 sheet 1/4 to 4/4

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 150 mm to 300mm internal dia of pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.
