Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any description /size & in any position from existing LT pole/ Lines all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable cross arms of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable GI wire of any description /size & in any position from existing LT Lines including cradle guard/ earth continuty wires complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable Insulators of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable concrete poles/ struts of any Size and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for taking out of unserviceable LT under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.(By manual Means)

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Removal of surplus soil (any type of soil obtained from excavation) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed & complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Supplying and laying Precast concrete cable cover unreinforced, ISI marked class LV types 2 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm having minimum average breaking load 200Kg, complying IS:5820-1970 made of concrete used of grade M-20, laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of concrete cover perpendicular to the direction of the cable length, adjacent / abutting each other at gap not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified.

M&L Fine dry river sand cushion in trenches for cable protection with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - Only compacted thickness will be measured and paid.

Supply, fixing, installing and commissioning of octagonal Galvanised street light pole 8 mtr long, Top dia 70mm, Bottom dia 130mm, sheet thickness 3mm and base plate dimensions 200x200x16mm, foundation bolts 4x M20x600mm, single arm bracket, 1100 volts grade, including cost of nuts and bolts and all accessories as supplied by the manufacturer including cost foundation accessories etc, the foundation bolts as per manufacturer design should be hot dipped galvanised pole complete with door locking arrangement, terminal plate consisting of 2 nos 10 A, 4 pole neutral links including connecting etc with suitable connecting arrangement for 2 nos, cost of RCC 1:1.5:3 for foundation of size 0.7m x0.7m x 1.8m with minimum 8 nos 12 mm dia longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8mm dia not more than 200mm cement concrete for fixing the pole with labour tools, plants and material required to complete the job complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Earth work, foundation, connected bolts and nuts, single arm bracket and connected accessories deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in trenches / poles fixed by means of MS saddles on / walls XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade for following size with lugs, includiing taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge NOTE : (i) Excavation and earth work, GI pipe protection, sand cushioning, PCC cover shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning outdoor LT panel board of suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50 hz, outdoor type, cubicle, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation with IP-54 protection fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick outer and 2mm thick inner CRCA sheet duly pretreated in 7 tank process powder coated in siemens grey colour inside and out side with IP-54 protection with openable shutter on both side (Front and rear side) with locking arrangement . Panel shall have front and rear opening with hinged type door and rubber gasket, handles, industrial type locking arrangement, cable alleys,bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment,internal wiring, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and outgoing cables, earthing terminals,affixing danger notice plate, each compartment shall be numbered/lettered for indication,bus bar duly covered with heat shrinkable sleeves of colour coaded duly fixed on DMC/SMC insulators including control wiring with PVC insulated, flexible, multistranded copper conductor cables of adequate size and adequate length, control fuses duly ferruled,crimped with suitable lugs/thimbles. Panel board shall be mounted on MS angle iron frame fabricated out of 40x40x5mm angle iron of suitable sizeand 04 Nos legs on angle iron 50x50x6mm each 45 cm long duly painted and including PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation/platform as per site requirement. S&F test and commissioning 60 W LED street light fitting system & with dedicated street light optics, system effiency of greater than 600 lm/w luminarie should have pressure die cast aluminium LM6 housing . Luminarie should have dedicated street light optics for better uniformity & spacing . Luminarie should have air vents in housing for proper thermal management. Min IP preventation should be IP65.System power consumption (including driver losses) should not exceed 35 W.Luminarie should be minium 50000 burning hours with 70% lumen maintenance PF>0.95 & input voltage range 120-277 Vac. Min CRI 70 colour temperatureshould be >5500 K with all necessary connection and impact and corrosion resistance bracket fixed in repairs copmplete all as specified. Note:- (i) Maintance / replacment of the Street light to done by contractor for 1 years after completion of work by free of cost. (ii) Cable measured and paid seprately. Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of 1100 volt grade heavy duty single core cable PVC insulated PVC sheathed with stranded copper conductor wire FRLS of size 3 x 2.5 Sqmm for connection purpose, ISI marked drawing through and including 20mm dia PVC pipe / conduit complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L & testing earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below the normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the normal ground level and connected to GI Strip 25x4 mm by means of nut, bolt & washer and protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI pipes light grade and connected to earth test point including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40 mm thick RCC pit cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 150 mm C/C both ways including charcoal dust and salt in layers all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I all as specified and directed. Note : ( i ) The item includes the cost of 7.5 meter GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire & the cost of 7.5 meter earthing lead strip/wire (ii) Irrespective of what is shown on plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I , the cover of earthing pit shall be of precast RCC (1 :2 : 4) type B1 with suitable handle all as specified and directed by Eng-in-chrage
