Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 Mtr wide and not exc. 1.50 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Taking up/down and removing the corroded GI pipe from trenches/surface/wall of size 50 mm dia complete all as directed.

Taking up/down and removing the corroded GI pipe from trenches /surface/wall of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Taking up cast iron water mains 100/80 mm dia (from trenches/under road, path including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed

Taking out existing cast iron sluice valve 100/80mm dia from water main pipeline complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying (in trenches/under road, path), jointing and testing of Ductile iron (DI) pipes 100 mm bore with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-7 as per IS:8329-2000 and other relevant standards including material and labour for push on EPDM/SBR Rubber gasket joint in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- DI fittings and earth work will be measured and paid under relavant item of this schedule)

Supply, laying(in trenches/under road, path), jointing and testing of Ductile iron (DI) pipes 80 mm bore with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-7 as per IS:8329-2000 and other relevant standards including material and labour for push on EPDM/SBR Rubber gasket joint in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- DI fittings and earth work will be measured and paid under relavant item of this schedule)

Material and labour for DI fittings such as Bends, Tapers, Tees, Branch (Single or double branch), connecting pieces etc., any type and angle/ radius etc., confirming to IS 9523-2000 for DI Pipe upto 200 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing 3-layer PP-R pipes outer dia 50 mm , SDR 7.4 PN-16 and UV stabilised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches/surface including all accessories like tees, bends, sockets, unions etc., complete all as specified and as directed. :- (Note :- Earth work will be measured and paid under relavant item of this schedule)

Supply and fixing 3-layer PP-R pipes outer dia 25 mm , SDR 7.4 PN-16 and UV stabilised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain and brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings laid on floor/wall/surface etc including all accessories like tees, bends, sockets, unions etc., complete all as specified and as directed. :- (Note :- Earth work will be measured and paid under relavant item of this schedule)

S & F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) of 50 mm outer dia size complete all as specified and as directed

S & F PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) of 25 mm outer dia size complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve 100 mm bore with stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel complying with IS : 14846-2000, class PN 1.6 both ends flanged with 2 Nos rubber gasket joints, nuts, bolts & washers of required size & Nos complete including removing of old unserviceable one of following bore size complete all as specified and as directed

Ditto as per above item no 15 but 80 mm bore.

M&L for construction of valve chamber of size1200 x 1200 x1200 mm internal dimensions, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangement complete with necessary earth work 230 mm thick, brick work in CM (1:6), PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plastering, finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for horizontal boring under roads/path for insertion of pipes upto 150 mm bore by manual drilling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Air release valves with two air outlets, 100 mm dia bore and fixing up in Ductile iron(DI) water supply mains with all fitting and necessary arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-charge

Labour only for cutting of CI/DI pipe 100 mm dia carefully in position for repairs or inserting fittings such as bend, tee, socket pieces, collar etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for cutting of CI/DI pipe 80 mm dia carefully in position for repairs or inserting fittings such as bend, tee, socket pieces, collar etc; complete all as specified and as directed.
