M&L for Cutting the road / hard standings and excavating in trenches not exceding 0.50 mtr wide and not exc 0.80 mtr deep across the road for laying of pipe line size up to 300 mm including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete and matching with the surroundings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-2 mix 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, finished even and smooth using extra cement for grouting of foundation bolts of motor etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. Note : Rates are deemed to include earth work for demolition of concrete and removal of bolts.

Material & Labour for Retro Reflective installation sign board of size 4 Feet x 3 Feet using 3 mm ACP sheet duly riveted / fixed on fabricated stainless steel 304 grade finished frame made out by hollow section of size 25mm x 50mm with supporting ss strips in base at a height of 2 meter above ground level on stainless steel 304 grade pipe of size 50 mm embedded 90 CM in PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 block of size 45cmx45cmx90cm including necessary excavation and earth work . The board shall be machine printed and the front of the ACP shall be overall sheathed with blue colour base adhesive tape. The writing matter shall be in English language on both side using reflective adhesive Painter tapes as directed. The size and letters and matter to be printed shall be finalized by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of earthing with Galvanised Steel earthplate of size 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip as earth lead, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to 32x6mm earth strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, Rates inclusive of neccessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, Pit cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI Strip up to 7.5 Mtr all as required at site for complete earthing.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L in replacement of GI strip of size 32x6 mm including mounting on PVC/Porcelain insulators on wall and burried in ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rolled mild steel section as in posts, struts and staples in fencing including cutting to top to shape (swan neck) as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary bolting or riveting welding etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note fencing posts should be painted before fixing

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work including of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rolled mild steel section framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings including all necessary bolting or riveting welding etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamalled paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc 100mm width or girth, including preparation of the surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note :- Per unit weight of chain link fencing shall be determined by BOO detailed by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires/ MS round bar (Any numbers), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire (Note. Supply of flat iron, MS round bar & chain link shall be measured and paid seperately under supply only).complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F 12 mm dia MS screw bolts any size (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other ends, fitted with washer and one one hexagonal nut exc 5cm long but n exc 10cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
