Pre-bid meeting will be conducted through video conferencing system/ Microsoft Teams on 12.12.2025 / 11:15 hrs. Bidder or their authorized representatives are requested to send their Email ID and Contact No. so that Link / conference ID could be shared with them for attending the pre-bid meeting. The bidders are requested to send their queries/ clarifications, if any, by e-mail to [email protected] and [email protected] , in table format by 11.12.2025 / 18:00 hrs with E-mail subject “Pre-bid queries – Tender Title & Tender Ref. No. / System ID”. The clarifications shall be provided during the pre-bid meeting. 1. The bidder is advised to kindly go through the Tender documents which contains Special terms & conditions, Scope of work, GPC & GCC. 2. Bidder has to quote considering the applicable minmum wages as applicable on 01.10.2025 w.r.t
to notification from DGR confirming to statutory norms & as stated in Tender Document
3. Price Bids have to be submitted online i.e, in the price bid form of Tender Portal . Price if
mentioned elsewhere will not be taken into consideration for evaluation and their bids shall be
considered for rejection.
