Cement Concrete (1:4:8) by using 40 mm size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality and form approved quarry including lowering laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete for required levels laid in layers including cost and conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work including watering & curing, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granaite crusher broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete,watering and curing etc.complete for required levels laid in layers including cost and conveyance,royality & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T &P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing Fly Ash brick masonry work in F&P using 250 mm X 120 mm X 80 mm (with dimensional tolerance of ± 2% ) Fly Ash bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. / sq cm, mortar of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) (Using Branded Cement), immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hrs in water before use, with all necessary projections, splay cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc., including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants,etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M20 grade) with 20mm & down graded size hard granite crusher broken chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including centring, shuttering, lowering, laying concrete, watering and curing etc. complete for required levels laid in layers including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour, T&P,required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction for the Engineer In Charge.

Supplying MS round / deformed / tor steel reinforcement bars of only approved manufacturing companies of approved grade of required diameters of approved quality including straightening, cutting to size, bending, and binding, lifting and placing in position as per design, complete including cost of bars, binding wires 18 gauge, including cost of all materials , labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, cess, royalties. sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. (Linear measurement will be taken and quantity will be calculated on standard weight for all heights).

2.5 cm tick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6 mm size hard granite chips. On new work of approved quality complete as per the direction of Engineer- in- charge.

6 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) to RCC surface including closed deep chipping and cleaning to C.C. surface to receive cement plaster,watering and curing etc.complete with cost,conveyance,royalities,all taxes and cost of all materials and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete.

16 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) for brick work with watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work , etc. complete as per the direction for the Engineer In Charge..

12 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over brick work with watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work , etc. complete as per the direction for the Engineer In Charge.

Finishing walls with priming 1 coat with any approved primer complete as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Finishing walls two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade complete including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Fitting vitrified tiles in floors,treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:1) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pig ments including cost of tiles including cost of all material labour t&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge (for new work only)

Fitting vitrified tiles in dadoes skirting and riser of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster(1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles including rubbing &polishing complete including cost of tiles)

Supply and fixing of MCM Modified Clay Material - MCM R Series Brick (087089) - 222 x 63 mm of PHOMI make, as per company standard dimension, pattern, color as specified, manufactured through unfired patented (Ref: US patent 8505840 B2 & European Patent 2157139) manufacturing technology, bonded together by using low heat temperature and having CE approval with the thermal conductivity of 0.0590 W/M.K — EN 12667 (2001), thermal resistance of 0.0568 M2 K/W— EN 12667 (2001) and Fire Insulation - Class A— ASTM E84- 15. The product should be patented from United States and Europe and with certifications by IGBC, Singapore Green Label and China Green Building material. MCM Materials should be fixed with suitable Cement/ Polymer/Epoxy based adhesive as per adhesive chart and substrate

Supplying Fitting, fixing up MS window, Grill and Grill Gate arrangement including all conveyance taxes etc complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Priming one coat to steel surface with Red oxide prime over iron work complete including cost and conveyance and taxes of all materials with T&P required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting 2 coats with any approved enamel iron paint to give even shade including cost of material with all taxes and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc.complete in all respect.

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 151-154, 151-155, as windows frame section No. 151- 155, 151-153 and 151-167 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc

Providing, fitting and fixing of false ceiling with 12 mm thick gypsum board, Aluminium anodised T Section No. 3215 with 2'-0" centre to centre, L section No. 1705 up to 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and PVC plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" suspended from ceiling etc. complete. (Data for 14'-6" x 14'-6" = 210.25 sft or 19.53 sqm)

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated materials includin watering and ramming as directed by the Engineer- in- charge. 2/3 rate of respective item of work.

Internal Electrical Work

Recresed wiring to light point/fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated single standard multistandard copper conductor of ISI marked and ceilling rose ISI marked mounted on MS box having front modular cover of suitable size MS modular box with 1.0 sqmm FR PVC insulated single core multistandard copper conductor as earth wire including all accessories and connection as per direction of Engineer In Charge.
