M & L for joint free non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), polished, light coloured, area of each tile not exc. 0.36 sqm, in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M & L forJoint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the surrounding wall tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles for reuse and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for fixing of dado/skirting tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for powder coated Aluminum frame for partition, doors, sliding windows, and ventilators aluminium section inlcluding necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene pacing, , anodised alumium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unframed timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed

S & F powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 nos in each door, hinges anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc. 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatement and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistance priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes each not exc 0.50 cum in hard/dense soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in walls or posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel work as in stairs (framed) including stringers, treads, landing, balusters, hand rails etc, including cleats, brackets, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment (Fe - 290, grade E-165) etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel work in tubular pole including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel plain, black sheets 1.60 mm thick in wall cladding steel gates and similar work cut to size,holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joint with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up mitered angle as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), 20 mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc Crome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel work such as balusters, walk ways, railing and similar work with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium three track sliding window including frame, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber beading, locking arrangement, sliding rollers, handles and fixiing as per manufactrurers instructions, complete all as specified and directed.
