Providing Services for Computer Operator having qualification of Graduation, minimum 15 years experience, typing speed not less than 45WPM, well grip in English & Hindi language with adequate experience for preparing various types of letters, Preliminary & Detailed Estimate, Notice Inviting E-Tenders, quotation, analysis of rates, comparative statements, Justification Statements, Extra/ Deviation/ Substitute statement, Supply and work order, PIMS, E-Tendering, Mailing & downloading of E-mails, Scanning of various documents, Floating of the Tender, Detailed Estimates, Technical Sanctions, Justifications, Letter of Acceptance of tender, Award Letter, Monthly accounts, RTGS payment, progress report pertaining to Client department & higher offices, entering and downloading web based project monitoring system, keeping record of all agreement and work status & all other Technical & Administrative Works & other miscellaneous work of division office as per instruction and direction of Engineer-in-charge/ Controlling officer from 9:30AM to 5:30 PM on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays or as & when required as per the direction of officer in charge.(Minimum Salary of Rs. 41,244/- is to be paid including EPF & ESIC employee part only). Providing Services of 1 No. Graduate Computer Operator with 11 years of relevant experience for Data Entry in Computer carrying out day to day official works of accounts branch in the office of the Executive Engineer (E), EMD South East, Thyagraj Stadium, New Delhi. i.e. letter of Acceptance of tender, Award Letter, Floating of the Tender, monthly accounts, RTGS payment, progress report pertaining to Client department & higher offices, entering and downloading web based project monitoring system, keeping record of all agreement and work status & all other Technical & Administrative Works as directed by Engineer-in-charge, entire E-Tendering Process etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. on all working days. (Minimum Salary of Rs. 37,831/- is to be paid including EPF & ESIC employee part only). (1 No.) (9.30 AM to 5.30 PM).

Providing Services of 1 No. graduate office assistant with all office file maintaining cum attendent with 9 years relevant experienced, Well Versed in Office filing system of in the office of the Executive Engineer (E), EMD South East as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Minimum Salary of Rs. 33,284/- is to be paid including EPF & ESIC employee part only). Providing Services of 1 No. Messenger Cum Peon for carrying out day to day official works in the office of the Executive Engineer (E), EMD South East, New Delhi as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Minimum Salary of Rs. 21,502/- + 1000/- for Conveyance charge is to be paid including EPF & ESIC employee part only). SH-II :- SUB DIVISION-I Thyagraj Stadium (Maintenance & Operation of E&M Services under PWD EMD South East, Thyagraj Sports Complex, New Delhi. ) Providing Services of 1 No. Graduate Computer Operator with 8 years of relevant experience for Data Entry in Computer carrying out day to day official works of in the office of the Assistant Engineer (E), EMSD-I, South East, Thyagraj Stadium, New Delhi. i.e. NIT, Letter for Acceptance of Tender, Award Letter, Floating of the Tender, Preliminary Estimate, Detailed Estimates, Justifications, billing & all other Technical & Administrative Works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, entire E-Tendering Process etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. on all working days. (Minimum Salary of Rs. 35,271/- is to be paid including EPF & ESIC employee part only). (1 No.) (9.30 AM to 5.30 PM).
