Supply and Installation Testing & Commissioning of 1.5 Tr(Inverter) SPLIT type room air conditioner machine having the following specification:- (a) Cooling capacity nominal (BTU/Hr):18000(Minimum) (b) Star rating- 5 star. (c) Rated voltage—230v +/-5%, Frequency-50Hz. (d) Compressor type-Rotary, Condenser and evaporator- Copper Coil (e) Refrigerant : R32/R410A (f) Mini. Room Discharge air flow rate 600CFM.(Min) (g) Cordless Remote arrangement with all modernize provision of temperature setting, Fan speed option (low/medium/high), Auto swing, Air direction setting, Timer facility, Turbo operation setting. The Compressor of the AC machines should be warranted for 5 years.(MAKE-Bluestar/Daikin/Carrier) and the entire Split AC machine should be warranted for 1 years(Overall) including fixing bracket /angle for indoor/outdoor unit

Room Discharge air flow rate 800CFM.(Min) (g) Cordless Remote arrangement with all modernize provision of temperature setting, Fan speed option (low/medium/high), Auto swing, Air direction setting, Timer facility, Turbo operation setting. The Compressor of the AC machines should be warranted for 5 years.(MAKE-Daikin/Bluestar/Carrier) and the Split AC machine should be warranted for 1 years(over all) including fixing bracket /angle for indoor/outdoor unit

Supply and fixing the followings, i) 3-Core, 2.5 Sq.mm. PVC insulated copper power wire for inter - connecting indoor and outdoor unit. (Polycab/Havels/RR Kabel/EIC approve make) as per direction by EIC. ii) copper refrigerant pipe line for inter connection of indoor & outdoor unit as following size. (a) 5/8" copper pipe including 19mm thick nitrile rubber thermal insulation of suitable thickness as per direction of E.I.C. (b) 1/4" copper pipe including 19mm thick nitrile rubber thermal insulation of suitable thickness as per direction of E.I.C. incl 20 mm dia drain pipe

Supply & laying Drain Water piping work out of PVC HDPE hard pipes of following sizes incl. fitting, accessories, bends, elbows, tees, flanges, tapings, wall sleeves, hangers, supports, anchors - 40 mm dia ( For Split AC machine)

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required. 2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy. Connections.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, Modular type starter (Brand approved by EIC) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (CCurve) and 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.
