Supply of 16 mtr High Mast system with its accessories, Mast shaft shall be given in two sections. Hot dip galvanize and suitable for wind velocity as per IS:875 part 3.It shall also include accessories for High Mast including Head frame steel wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction ) double drum winch Galvanized lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 6-12 Luminaries symmetrical & its control gear boxes & lighting final. The Mast shall have and integral power tool system luminaries wiring materials not include of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates, delivery charges.(UDMA Sch. Page-53, Item-01)

Supply of feeder pillar Box fabricated from 6 mm M S sheet as per drawing and its accessories like 32 AMP main switch, contactor unit, Time switch etc & necessary wiring with 7/18 copper wire.(Ref:- KMDA/Elec. work).Approx size(918x561x382)mm

Supply and delivery of flood light luminaries for 200/210W, LED FL in (Philips, Cromptron ,Bajaj, or Havels) housing and covered with heat resistant toughened glass (IPGS) completed including connection etc. as required

a) Supply of 2 core10 sq mm Armoured Xlpe AI cable as per IS-7098 (part-I) 1988 (UDMA Sch. rate)

b) Laying of above cable in underground trench with brick protection. (Ref:- PWD Electrical Sch.17

Supply & Fixing medium gauge G.I pipe (TATA/ISI Medium) protection with necessary fitting & jointing materials as required,for 40mm Dia (As per PWD Electrical Sch.

Earthing with 50mm Dia G I pipe 3.64 mm thick X 3.04 mm long & X 4 SWG G I (Hot Dip) wire (4 mtr Long) 13 mm Dia x 80mm (long G I bolts double nuts,double washer incl. S & F 15mm Dia G I pipe protection (1 mte long) to be fitted with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.6 mtr. below the ground level & restoring surface duly rammed & as below. (a) For Soft soil by ISI Medium G I pipe (PWD Elec. Sch. Page-G-1,Sl-2a)

Erection of high Mast (16 M) on RCC foundation with cement concrete considering actual SBC of soil, with the help of suitable modern engg. tools and Plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated flexible cable of suitable copper conductor core of 1.5 mm² lugs, up to 10 nos. 6A MCB along with construction of shallow foundation with cement concrete for high Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity as per site condition, as per drawing and design of manufacturer of the mast. The soil test and submission of its report is within the scope of the work.
