1) The work shall be carried out as per Public Works Department Hand Book, I.S. Specification

and other specification of the Division or as Directed.

2) All the columns in Schedule should be filled in INK and the total of the entries in the last

column should be strike out by the Contractor under his Signature.

3) Rates should include clearance of site (Prior to commencement of work and its close) in all

respect and good for work under all conditions of site moisture weather etc.

4) The Contractor shall exhibit the details of works, Tenders amount and specification as per

Govt. Circular No. TD 32772 N. Dt. 26-4-78 and as per G.R. No. TNC-9-24-C, Dt. 18-11-91, as

directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the works, on board at site of the work.

5) Contractor shall even "NIL" percentage, if no deduction is offered.

6) Testing of materials shall be as per statement attached with the specification. The material

shall be tested in GERI Bill for the testing shall be paid by the Executive Engineer and 1% of

amount put to tender after deducting the cost of materials to be supplied by Department as

per SCHEDULE 'A' at the sanctioned estimate rates from the Contractor in Running Bills. (As

per G.R.No. (R&B) TNC-1085/4/C Dt. 20-12-91 and modified ide (R&B) Deptt. Circular No.

7) For R.C.C. Item where there is change of grade mix or charge as per actual mix design the

difference of cement consumption shall be deducted from rate of original item at the rate of

star rate mentioned in the tender.

8) 1% L.C. shall be deducted from the bill as per agreement.

9) GST will be paid extra as per Govt. Emendment.

10) GST and Income tax will be deducted at source while making payment of bills
