Shifting of 100KVA Electric sub station at pumping station Sai Ghangi by way of dismantling the Transformer. Job includes Labour charges for carriage of 100KVA Transformer filled with transformer oil by head load manual labour from exists electric sub station by way of loading the same by head load / chain block and manual labour & then unloading near the approachable site and from there off to pumping station by head load carriage by making arrangement and using of manila roap, wooden logs etc. Dismantling and shifting /erection of poles at appropriate place near pump room. Providing, fabrication and fitting of Iron Channels/angles/flat for fitting of accessories, resting structure for Transformer, holding Transformer and switch structure etc. P/F of HG set, LA set, Link set, Insulators, Disc Insulators, Disc fitting, Bus Bar , Bus Bar Insulators , nut, bolts and washers etc. Placing of Transformer on structure using chain block and manual labour. P/F and making connections of Al Conductor weasel HT side and LT side of the Transformer. P/F and making connections of Al cable 240mmsq. single core unarmored from Transformer output to switch structure to LT pole by using Al thimbles 240mmsq. Nut bolts and washers etc. Complete earthing of equipment, scope of work involves earthing of LA set, HG set Transformer etc by loop formation with Ai. Strip/SWG single core cotton braided cable and terminating to earth station. The earth station shall be made by excavation of deep pit/ trench upto 10’-12’BGL. Installation of copper earth plate duly connected with Al. cable/strip inside the pit & then filling the pit with alternate layers of charcoal & salt etc. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, testing and commissioning of Transformer at no load and full load conditions.

Up Graducation of 63KVA electric substation to 100KVA electric sub station at pumping station Bagla 1st by way of providing/erection of HT poles 02 No, providing/fitting of Link set, LA set(station type),DOF set, HT disc-03no, channel , angle iron , flat iron etc required at site for making transformer bed, stringing aluminium conductor. Providing and fitting of bus bar fuse link system. Providing /fitting of AL cable 185mm sq 3.5 core from LT bush side of transformer to bus bar fuse system and then to LT pole near the electric sub station. Complete earthling of electric substation. Job includes carriages of 100KVA transformer from store to road side at Bagla and stack at safe place then shifting by head load carriages/wooden log rope skilled/unskilled labour up to pumping station.Providing/Filling of fresh T. Oil approx. 200ltr. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges at site of work.
