Supplying and fixing 415 V, 16-32 A per way, 6 way TPN MCBDB WITH SS ENCLOSURE DOUBLE –DOOR WITH ip- 42/43 protection with Four pole Isolator as incomer and SPMCBs (“C” Curve, 10 KA ) as outgoing, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthling attachment- 6way TPNDB, 80 A FP Isolator 18 nos. SP0MCB including cable end box of same make and same rating ( Make – Legrand / Crabtree / L& T/ Siemens/ ABB- Elegance Series)

Supplying and fixing 250 V, 6-20 A per way, 2+10 way SPN MCBDB With SS enclosure double –Door with IP- 42/43 protection with DP Isolator as incomer and SPMCBs (“C” Curve, 10 KA ) as outgoing, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish Incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthling attachment- 40A Isolator as incomer and 10 nos. SPMCB as outgoing. ( Make – Legrand / Crabtree / L& T/ Siemens/ ABB- Elegance Series)

S & Laying of following XLPE cable as below, after cutting floor/ pavement /wall/ and making holes incl. embedding the cable at average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl removing the rubbish a)3 ½ core70 sq mm (To Exisiting Panel to new VTPN) and Out door Feeder for VRF Out door unit.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture proof entry of XLPE/ PVC armored cables as below. a) 3 ½ core70 sq mm

Finishing the end of following XLPE / PVC armored cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing sold less socket ( Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials: a) 3 ½ core 70 sq mm

Distn, wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x 22/0.33( 1.5 sq mm) single core stranded ‘FR’PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC ) partly in 200 mm size PVC rigid conduit ; FR; (Precision make) ( for celing portion only) and in 19 mm bore, 3 mm thick polythene pipe ( for horizontal & vertical run embedded in wall) with 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sq mm) single core stranded ‘ FR; PVC insulated & unsheathedcopper wire for ECC, to light/ fan / call bell points with Modular type switch (Brand approved by EIC) fixed on Modular GI switch board complete with 2 no, suitable size “ph & N” copper bar with top cover plate making earthing attachment fixed on wall incl. mending good damages to original finish. ( only PVC Rigid Conduit on ceiling and remaining portion concealed) Avg.run. 10 mtr

Supply & Fixing 240V, 16A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC ) with 16A Modular type switch, without plug top on Modular GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S & F switch board and cover plate and making necy. Connection with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV Single core stranded ‘FR’ PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (approved make) of the following sizes Cutting after channel of size (40 mm x 40 mm) on masonry wall by Electric operated cutting machine incl. supplying & fixing heavy gauge 19 mm/ 25 mm/ 40mm/50 mm thick polythene pipe by means of anchoring chemical (Hilti/sika) and GI’U’ hooks of 8 SWG incl. Supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI wire as Fish wire and mending good damages to original finish by using own tool and tackles a)4x25 sq mm + 2x 16 sq mm) as ECC (Main Source to Feeder Pillar Box of VRF Out door Unit)

S & F of suspended 15 W LED down lighter fittings lumen efficiency not less than 90 lumen per watt (Make- Bajaj, Cat No. BZSLO 12W WH PRO/ similar specification of Wipro/ Havells/ Crompton Greaves/ Philips) as per material approval and direction of EIC. (For Five nos conference hall)

S & F of suspended 12W LED down lighter (Make- Bajaj BRDCSL 9W WH/ Similar spec of Wipro/ Havel’s/ Crompton Greaves/ Philips) as per material approval and direction of EIC. (For Five nos conference hall)

S & F 16” sweep wall bracket fan on wooden plank.(make- Orient/C.G)

Supplying & Fixing of Modular type computer board having one no 6 pin 6/16 Amp. Socket with switch, three (3) nos. 5 pin 6 Amp, socket with individual controlled switch (Anchor) 1 no, 6 amp, fuse & 1 no. indicator fixed on suitable size and earthling attachment as per direction of E.I.C.

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe/ or existing channel of work station and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required . (Only Computer board, for Work station.) i)2X 2.5 sq mm + 1X1.5 sq mm

ii)3 X 1.5 sq mm.

Finishing end by solderless socket by crimping method as per GS for the following cable / wire "- i)2X 2.5 sq mm + 1X1.5 sq mm

S & F PVC Casing-capping on wall or ceiling incl. necy. PVC fittings etc. and mending good damages to building works. (b) 25 x 12mm size

Making necessary arrangement for floor cutting with Co's own Cutter machine with expert hands for the laying the casing caping and mending good damages.

S & Fixing VENTIL-AIR (DX) off White, exhaust fan, after making hole in Glass cutting and making good damages and smooth t finish etc. as practicable as possible and providing necy. length of PVC insulated wire and making connection for exhaust of dia (Make-Havells, Cat no-FHVVEDXOWHO8)/ ORIENT/USHA. 8’’ (200mm) Exhaust Fan.

Supplying & Fixing 250 V AC/DC superior type Call Bell (Anchor-8320) on HW board incl. S&F HW board

S & F modular type AC power unit having 6 module box with Starter and MCB including S & F 25 A modular Socket ( brand approved by EIC)

Earthling the installation by 2” dia G.I. (M) PIPE AS PER G.S. in soft soil. ( TATA Medium)

Supply & fixing earth busbar of galvanized ( Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm, from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolt, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc as required.

Connecting the equipments (panel) to earth bus bar and also connecting earth busbar to pipe earth electrodes & between the electrodes including S & F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanized ( Hot dip) MS flat wall / floor with GI saddles as required and connecting the equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

L.W.C. must be quoted manually @1% on the total quoted value else the total quoted rate shall be treated incl. LWC as per rule. N.B. Rate should be quoted inclusive of GST.
