RequiredService provider should have minimum 3 years experience in the field of providing man power services. Service provider needs to submit the firm/Company registration certificates

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The rates quoted should be inclusive of all statutory taxes (excluding GST)

Service charges should be quoted separately and should not be below or equal to zero. Further Zero present included all derivatives of Zero up to 0.9999 and thereof

The service provider should quote his percentage only for Service Charges and should abide by the rates fixed by Labour Department, Government of Karnataka and also he should pay the varied Labour Rates subject to conditions stipulated in the tender

In case more than one agency stands L1, firstly ISO certified agencies will get preference over others. Secondly, the agencies having higher turnover will get preference over others

If the tender period is subjected to further extension of 3 months, the service charge quoted shall remain same

The successful tenderer must submit salary remittance details with ESI & PF of the same month along with submission of bill every month

The Service provider shall credit workers salary / wages on or before 10th of every month to their bank account through Account payee cheque and furnish the details of the payment made every month

GST will be paid separately at the time of submission of bill.

Tenderers shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory

It will be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD

The tenderer is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of kpp portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

The successful Tenderer should deliver to the employer a Security Deposit in the form of F.D.R./D.D/BG/e-Bank guarantee as per government circular No:FD5/expenditure-12/2023 Dt:15.05.2023 in favour of the Administrator, CADA, CBP, Mysore for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price within 20 days in receipt of Letter of Acceptance in accordance with the conditions of contract at the time of agreement

If any additional Man power is required against sanctioned vacant post the agency should provide at the same approved rate during the period of contract

The Executive Engineer, CADA, CBP, Mysuru reserves the right to accept/reject any application or cancel the tender process without assigning any reason what so ever

If the selected agency doesnot have its office in Mysuru, it should open an office in Mysuru for correspondence and interaction with Command Area Development Authority whenever required

Corrigendum will be published in the http://kppp.karnataka.gov.in for all modifications/for corrections, if any
