Supplying and fixing of Hot dipped Galvanised continously tapered octagonal pole made from 3 mm thick sheet of overall length 6 Metre with decorative arm bracket of 1 m length, ( Lamp inclination at 15° ), 48mm dia x 3.25mm thick with standard arm cap. The bottom dia of the pole shall be minimum 130 mm and top 70 mm with inbuilt cable loop in loop out box with flush door and locking facility. The pole shall be with base plate of 200x200x12mm and 4 Nos M20 x 600 mm size of foundation bolt. The pole shall be mounted on suitable size foundation and provided with 6A SP C curve MCB, loop in loop out 3 phase terminals block, required dia PVC pipe in the foundation for taking cable in & out from the pole, 3Cx1.5 sqmm unarmoured PVC insulated round copper cable from loop in loop out to light fixture etc with all required accessories. (The cost of the civil foundation is not considered in this item. )

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of high quality integrated LED street light fitting of 62 W , The housing should be of non-corrosive high pressure die cast aluminium with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws for with standing extreme environments . It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs with PF > 0.95. Lifetime of 50K hours @ L70. Product should be suitable for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs. per day). The ingress protection should be minimum IP 66 with an IK rating of 07 for LED and control gear compartments. The LED used in the luminaire should be SMD type only of make - CREE LED / LGIT / Lumileds / Equivalent, colour temp-5700K ± 300K with SDCM of <5 and CRI : 70, Lens make- Led link/equivalent, Efficacy = 130 Lm / watt or higher, THD < 20%, Driver with protection against over voltage & short circuit. The luminaire should have a 20 KV/10KA SPD duly bolted in the luminaire. The input AC voltage range 140-310V AC, side entry mounting for 50 to 65 mm OD bracket, maintenance access to driver from the top, The LED Luminaire should be tested and approved by NITC before commissioning, etc as required. Charges for concreting with 45 x 45 x 100 cm up to ground level and 40 cm above ground level using 8 mm steel reinforcement as per drawing with cement concrete of 1:2:4, after excavation and plastering the sides including a neat cement flushing coat, painting with cement paint etc, as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 45 W LED gate light post top fitting made in die-cast aluminium bottom housing and spun aluminium top reflector with decorative clear acrylic diffuser, CCT - 3000K and IP 65 protection, with all accessories complete with connections etc as required. (Bajaj - ARIAN - BGCTN 45W LED WW / Equivalent)

Supply and fixing of 68W Highbay LED light, Aluminium die cast housing, with polycarbonate optical material / Cover / Lens material, IP 65, IK 08, Efficacy - 156 lm/W or higher, CCT 6500K, CRI >80 cool white , 220 - 240 V, 50Hz, LED luminaire with frosted optical cover / lens finish. complete with all accessories etc, as required. (Philips Green Perform Elite highbay - BY718P LED100/CW PSU NB IN / Equivalent)

Supplying and fixing 210 x 155 x 92 mm or nearest size water proof rigid polycarbonate loop in loop out weather proof box (IP 67) with detachable front cover, including supply & fixing 1 No 6 A SP MCB and 4 way busbar connector with base insulator, fixing on the pole using suitable size metal clamps and giving connections etc, as required.

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm (medium class) ivory coloured rigid PVC conduit along with accessories in surface / recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and laying PVC Insulated and sheathed 3 core 2.5 sq.mm flat submersible cable with bare bunched copper conductor as per IS 694/2010 insulated and sheathed with electrical grade PVC compound, in the existing PVC pipe and giving connections, as required.

Supplying of one number 4C x 10 Sq.mm size Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Armoured power cable of 1.1 kV grade etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 4C x 10 sq.mm in the existing DWC HDPE pipe as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply and laying one number of the 12 SWG good quality bare copper wire existing XLPE insulated aluminium cable as required.

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4C x 10 sq mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor Armoured cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supply and laying one number of the 8 SWG good quality bare copper wire for loop earthing from earth electrode to street light pole recess of minimum 60 cm below the ground for connections etc. as required.

Supply and providing GI pipe earthing with 2.5 m long 40 mm GI pipe, drilling of 20 nos 12 mm dia holes on GI pipe, providing masonry enclosure with CI/MS cover plate hinged to frame having locking arrangement, providing funnel, with all materials and labour etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Supply and providing "Excel" Earthing Compound including mixing with excavated fine soil and water to make it as slurry and filling around the earth plate etc. as required.
