Providing, fabricating and fixing 4mm thick aluminium composite panels in metallic colour of approved shade in aluminium semi glazed doors, semi glazed partitions etc., fixed over aluminium tubular frame work including necessary corner supports, stiffeners, perimeter channels, silicone sealant, joint cover profile and all necessary hardware and accessories and making it leak proof complete including all fixtures and hardwares for fixing ACP to aluminium sections (shop drawings are to be submitted by contractor and got approved from Engineer-in-charge) all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Part B - View Cutter
Providing, fabricating, and erecting structural steel work in built-up MS tubular frames, MS plates, angles,channels, Flats etc. conforming to relevant IS standards with ISI mark including providing packing plates, M10 mechanical anchor fasteners etc. to suit site conditions if warranted, including cutting, buffing, cleaning, welding, hoisting, anchoring, fixing in position and application of two coats of epoxy paint over two coats of red oxide zinc chromate steel primer of approved make and shade. The framing works shall be protected with proper endcappings. Rate is also inclusive of chipping of coping beam,column etc. for fixing of structural member to existing RCC column (if required as per site conditions), touch-up painting of existing U-angle with matching synthetic enamel after completion of framing work, making surface in good condition and provision of extra packing plate, anchor bolts, chipping of coping beam/column etc. if required, including all material, labour, consumables, welding/fixing charges, staging/scaffolding, chipping, painting, other incidental expenses to suit site conditions etc. complete in all respects as per the approved drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Minimum Grade of structural steel & tubular sections used shall be E250 & Yst 240 respectively conforming to relevant IS Standards.
Providing and fixing GI plain sheet of minimum 1.5 mm thickness with zinc coating not less than 250 GSM with CNC machine cut of approved design with minimum approx. 40% perforation on top of already constructed compound wall along IG road side. The sheet shall be applied with two coats of red oxide zinc chromate followed by two coats of epoxy paint of approved make and shade on both inner and outer face of GI sheet. The sheets shall be fixed securely to the structural framework using self drilling/self tapping screws at minimum 300mm spacing, washers, etc. as per approved drawing. The item includes cost and conveyance of all materials, CNC cutting charges, fixing hardware, labour charges for lifting, aligning, and fixing at all heights, staging /scaffolding arrangements, tools, consumables, wastage, and all other incidental charges etc. for completing the work in accordance with the specifications. A mock up shall be carried out prior for finalization of design /pattern as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Payment shall be for elevation area of view cutter provided. Openings (air gap) provided between sheets shall not be considered for payment.
