Withdrawing of 20HP submersible pump motor set for any length of pump assembly exceeding 18meter length from within tubewell housing pipe using all necessary tools and plants including transportation of submesrible pump motor and all other accessories and equipments from store to worksite as per direction of EIC.

Dismantling submesrible pump/bowl asembly suitable for a capacity of 30/150/200 cum/hr capacity against a total head of 40metres of different make and segriagating all spares fitted with the pump including washing and cleaning the same thouroughly for verification of servicable and unservicable spares as per direction of EIC.

Charge of complete rewinding of 3Ph, 440V, 50Hz submersible pump motor 20HP set by copper winding wires, strips after dismantling the winding including testing, commissioning of EIC.

Repairing the motor with C.I Socket at enlarged bearing housing, heat varnishing with class E insulating varnish, repairing damaged motor shaft, supplying and fixing winding protector, supplying and fixing bush bearing for top and bottom of motor, supplying and fixing ss sleeve on rotor shaft, supplying , fitting and fixing lining on thrust plate, axial thrust plate of motor, thrust bearing segment of motor,m reaasembling and dynamic balancing of motor as per direction of EIC.

Repairing the submersible pump by reparing satge bowl and other spares by welding, turning and rethreading including supply and fitting, fixing new studs, nuts, washer, impeller key, coupling key.

Labour charges for re-assembling the submerssible pump after completion of repairing spare etc. and allied works with repaired spares or new spares when necessary to be supplied departmentally which are not provided in schedule including screws, nuts, lubricating materials etc. as required as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Installation of 20HP submerisble pump motor set for any length of pump assembly exceeding 18 meter length by using necessary requisite tools and plantes by lowering the same within the tubewell housing pipe by fitting fixing column pipes and other accessories, fixtures with necessary nuts, bolts and washer and suspending the entire assembly set vertically fixing the same supported by M.S clamps over the top of houysing pipe etc, including transportation of submersible pump motor and all other accessories and equipment from store to worksite as per direction of EIC.

Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pump suitable for borewell conforming to IS:8034 (and as amended therafter) with standard MOC for potable clear cold water and BEE 3 star rated capable of discharging noted M3/hr against head of water column. The pump shall be directly coupled with a continuous rated 2-pole suitable wet type vertical squirel cage induction motor conforming to IS : 9283 (and as amended therafter), suitable for operation in AC Three phase 415V, 50Hz (category B motor). For 20HP, Stage-3, 52m head of WC & 70m3/hr discharge.

S/F M. S. loop box (10 SWG) of size 10.3/4 “x 8.3/4” x 5" (269mm x 219mm x125mm) having almirah type cover complete with special type locking arrangement including S/F 8 “x6” x1/4" (200mm x 150mm x 6 mm) bakelite sheet 1 no. 4-way ebonit connector block, 1 No. 15 Amp fuse unit fitted inside the box and suitable size danger board riveted on cover of the box outside & fixing the box with pole by means of M.S. Clamps of 1"x1/4" (25mm x 6mm) of suitable length and encasing the box by 1:3:6 cement concrete with graded stone chip (3/4" down). The depth of the concrete should be 60cm x 54cm x 54cm including plastering and neat cementing and S/F 2 Nos. compression gland of suitable size and making all necessary connections as reqd.
