SOIL INVESTIGATION

Mobilization and demobilization of drilling rigs, men,equipments including shifting of rigs from bore hole to bore hole, preparation of approaches and access paths as a total package etc complete for 08 bore holes of 10.5 m depth..

Shifting of machine from one bore hole to another including clearing and removing of all vegetation, obstructions, bushes, shrubs etc

Making 150mm dia Or NX size dia bore in any soil strata up to 30m depth and collecting/conducting SPT/UDS/Rock core (Which ever applicable) at the depths of 1m, 2m, 3m, 4.5m, 6m, 8m,10.5m,12m (for 3 Bore holes)

Carrying out various laboratory tests of SPT/UDS /DS samples at alternate depths (Which ever applicable) (i) Sieve analysis, Atterberg’s limit, FMC, Bulk density, Specific gravity, Free Swell Index,Shear test for cohesion & angle of shearing resistance tests,Electrical resistivity tests Preparation of rock samples and conducting of the following tests : i) Bulk density, Water absorption and Compression strength.

Submitting of sub-soil investigation report in triplicate giving site plan showing test points, sub soil profile, results of field investigations, laboratory test results, calculation of safe bearing capacity from SPT, recommendations & precaution regarding type of foundations.

ELECTRICAL RESISTANCE TEST : Conducting electrical conductivity test at 2 (Two) locations & submisson of report. The survey will be got done by reputed & specified agency as approved by Department agency only.

Topographical Survey should be quoted in item rate

Conducting Topographical Survey comprising of traverse survey, taking spot levels at every 10m intervals, preparation of contour maps with contour intervals of 3.00 m super imposing the existing structures such as buildings, roads, electrical lines, nallahs and other permanent structures and producing block levels, establishing the locations for grid pillars and permanent structures including mobilisation / demobilisation of men and equipments for survey etc.

Construction of stone grid pillars of size 250 x 250mm, 300mm height above ground level 450mm below ground level at all boundry corners including excavation, cost and conveyance of materials, painting with identification marks, numbering and writing of levels etc complete.

Construction of bench mark pillars of size 300 x 300 x 500mm height above ground level and 500mm below ground level including RCC foundation, excavation, painting of levels and bench mark number including providing insert plate etc complete..

Submission of five sets of survey report / drawings and two sets of CD for the following

Consultancy Services for detailed planning, designing and detailed engineering including preparation of detailed architectural, structural and service drawings, Preparation of tender BOQ, Estimates along with rate analysis with DAR & Market rate analysis quotations etc., for the proposed Compound wall as per detailed scope of work given in at para 1 & 2 of Annexure-II i.e.,: scope of work including proof checking for structural design from approved third part. -
