M&L for checking of window type air conditioner of any make/capacity (1.5/2 TR ) in location and position at any site in Army Area Jodhpur including necessary servicing .ie. electrical connection/wiring, cleaning condenser, blower fan motor servicing including replacement of both end bushes of approved quality cleaning cooling coil, replacement of micro filter of approved quality, testing for proper functioning of window type air conditioner in situ all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(The rates quoted are deemed to be included for maintaining complete and proper record of machine ie Make with cap and location , date of servicing, user signature after servicing, concerned JEs signature duly verified by the Engr-in-Charge) Note : (a) Cleaning and decaling of condensing unit and cooling coil with caustic soda mixed water and air blower and sludge etc. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(b) Greasing/oiling of blower fan motor.including charging of gas if reqd and cost of gas will be paid seperately under respective item of BOQ, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting, existing u/s sealed unit and replacement with new rotery type sealed reciprocating conventional compressure cap 1.5 ton ( for Window type ACs) , including pressuring system checking for leakage in system and flush out the system etc complete ; Make : kirloskar/Tecomusha Note: Gas charging etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting, existing u/s sealed unit and replacement with new rotery type sealed rotary type as per existing compressure cap 1.5/2.0 ton ( Split AC) including pressuring system checking of leakage in system and flush out the system etc complete .,make : kirloskar/Tecomusha. Note: Gas charging etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of blower motor (speed 900 RPM) of window/Split Air conditioner of cap. 1/5 HP any make with super enamelled copper conductor winding wire including replacement of worn out bushes, shaft and capacitor etc and testing complete, complete all as specified and as directed. Make of winding wire : Atlas/Chetak/Devidayal).

All as per above item No 5 above but 45 /50 Mfd 240 Volts, 50 cycles for window type/ Split Type AC 1.5/2.0 Ton Cap. (Make : EPCOS/KELTRON/SIEMENS/SHARDA )

Supply and fixing over load protection with relay No 1622/2085 (Make : Shri Ram/Renutrol/Annapurna) for 1.5 Ton cap. For split/ window type AC, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing over load protection with relay No 1062 (Make : Shri Ram/Renutrol) for split/window type AC, for 2.00 Ton Cap, complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Annapurna/Indofoss No 2059/Ranutrol)

Material and labour for replacement of thermostatic switch for window type AC cap. 1.5/2.00 Ton Capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Anupurna/Indofost No 2059/Ranutrol)

Material and labour for pressurising complete system , checking leakage and flushing out system , rectification of leakages if any and including gas charging using refrigerant M- 404/444/R-22 oil charging complete in compressor window type AC1.5/ 2 Ton all as directed & with entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge (Note :(i) The work is to be carried out in existing location and position. (ii)Cost of Gas will be paid separately under respective item of Schedule 'A'. )

All as per above item No 10 above but for Split AC 1.5/2 TR cap.any make in existing position and location etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of cooling coil for window type AC Cap. 1.5/2.0 TR as per existing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of blade of condensor fan motor (as per sample) for window type AC cap 2 Ton, complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: AUE/EQUIVALENT ISI marked)

All as per above item No.13 above but for 1.5 Tonn cap AC, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of blower for AC cap. 1.5/2.0 Ton (as per sample), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting to outer cover split type AC unit of any cap and make with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour as directed , complete incl. Cleaning and removing of rust filling putty etc complete.etc. all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Capacitor 2.5 MFD PTC Type, complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : EPCOS/KELTRON/SIEMENS/SHARDA )

M&L for taking out and refixing split type ACs any cap/Make from one location to another location including pressurising the system ,testing and leakage rectification in system , making good disturbed surfaces and testing all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Rates are deemed to included for making holes for suction , discharge pipe and condensed water pipe (ii ) extra lenth of copper pipe duly insulated and gas if required shall be paid seperately .

Material and labour for replacement of digital type thermostat as per existing of walk in cooler, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of sub main wiring two run of PVC insulated,1100 volts grade ,FRLS, single core 6 sq mm (Nominal area) multistranded copper conductor cable including one 6 Sq mm solid copper conductor PVC insulated cable in and including 20 mm dia rigid PVC conduit ISI marked complete including accessories , junction boxes with sheet top cover and other accessories complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : Two run of 6 Sq mm and one run of 6 Sq mm as earth wire and pipe shall be measured as one length, complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of cable/PVC Pipe :- Polycab/ finolex/Havels ISI marked)

Material and labour for replacement of cord less remote with control panel suitable for split type AC Cap 1.5/2.0 Ton. Note : Make of remote shall be all as per existing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Swing motor of split type AC cap 1.5/2.0 Ton with flapper complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of PVC condensed water drain pipe 15 mm dia for split type AC complete including providing saddle with clamping arrangement all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and

Material and labour for replacement of copper discharge tube of size 3/8" duly nylon insulated all as specified by Engineer -in-Charge.

M&L for repairing secondary PCB for indoor/outdoor unit of Three phase/ split type Acs any capacity , complete all as specified and as directed. make , including replacement of programming IC , transformer , condensor , zener , diode , resistance etc.

All as per above item No. 31 above but PCB of single Phase AC of any cap and make all as directed by Engineer -IN-Charge.

Supply and fix heavy duty bracket powder coated suitable for out door unit split Acs , including steel fastner - 4 Nos, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing nylon insulation on discharge and suction pipe of split unit ACs in existing location and position including . NOTE: Rates are deemed to be measured as single length for one suction and discharge, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace single phase contactor for outdoor unit of split type Acs any capacity (!.5/2 TR), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for wiring for circuit / sub main wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated , multistranded copper conductor cable ,( 2 X 1.5 Sq mm + 1X 1.5 Sqmm ), single core drawn in and including PVC casing capping 25 mm width , to be fixed on surface/ ceiling complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and replace PVC moulded box of switch socket combination of cap - 15 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : ANCHOR/ LEGRAND

Note for all above items:-All items in BOQ are for"Materials and labour /Supply and fix" and to be executed in "Repairs i.e incl takng down old items" unless otherwise specifically mentioned as "Supply only" or "fixing only" in BOQ. Contractors are required to quote their rates accordingly.
