SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: B/R WORKS

Excavation in post holes ( or similar holes ) each n.exc.0.50 cum getting out soft loose soil , returning , filling & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc 25 cm.watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr in hard / dense soil complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material exc. 250m and n exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , filling & mass conc complete

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete al as specified

Mild steel TMT round bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, in spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

Material and labour for painting two coat of steel surfaces with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl prep of surfaces, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type weight should not less than 2.5kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed

S &F Galvanised iron 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and strainin and fixing to any type of stranded rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire, staples or steel pins all as specified.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete Surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth.

M&L, applying two coats of cement base paint on new surface of white or tinted or prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete.

M&L Cement concrete type type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) 100mm thick

M&L For Screed Bed or Bedding Layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying Floor finishes

M&L Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments
